    I have a Suzuki dzire and in town I get 5.5l/km and on open road I get 4,8 and you are right the Suzuki is not fuel efficient as the Vw , the Suzuki also chows more fuel if the aircon is on .

    Great video as always. To get an accurate measure of fuel consumption though, try calculating at the pump. Fill it up to the brim (37 Liters in the case of the Swift) drive for a set number of kilometers, say 200km for example, then fill it up again to the brim, divide the distance traveled by the amount of fuel it took then you'll have the accurate reading. I've found that the on board computer tends to be off by 1 or 2 litres when measuring fuel consumption, in essence you could be doing 7.5l/100km and it'll report 5.5l/100km or vice versa.

    I dont think the trip computer is misreading the fuel consumption. On my opinion this car is more efficient when you doing short trips in an around town. I remember your first video. It shows some impressive fuel range, and also i think you don't have heavy foot. Some avarage way about 4.8L/100

    The reason the swift is less efficient compared to the Golf it's because the engine gets strained on slopes and inclines as a result, it ends up consuming more fuel. For long distances it will be cheaper traveling a bigger engine. This applies to all small engines, 1.2s and the 1.0s, they are underpowered and unfortunately not turbocharged

    Nice video, can you do the same withbthe vitara brezza, i suspect the computer give less consumption than what it is really consuming.

    This car is so good man, so in your opinion bro how good is the sound system there ?

    • @embakubmotoring
      @embakubmotoring  7 месяцев назад

      For this sort of car it’s really decent, some songs sound really good, some not so much because sometimes the panels rattle from bass

  • @vincentmothapa2421
    @vincentmothapa2421 7 месяцев назад

    Remember that the golf has a much larger fuel tank. Compare the fuel consumption to see which one is more fuel efficient, not distance to empty

    • @embakubmotoring
      @embakubmotoring  7 месяцев назад +1

      I did mention that in the video, 13L difference…
      But still the Golf is a lot more efficient, you an travel faster, and longer, and still have a lot of fuel left…

    EMBA, can you do a similar review with fronx.
    Quick one, is the Swift, Baleno and fronx built on one shasis/platform?

    • @embakubmotoring
      @embakubmotoring  7 месяцев назад +1

      Not the Swift, but the Baleno and Fronx are built on the same chassis…
      It’ll be challenging to do a similar video on those cars Because I don’t have access to them
