My older LG tv interface is a battle with requiring double presses on remote so going to give Tivo 4K a try. Nice remote is a must as that's how we interface with TV. Thanks for the "thumbs up".

Love the remote but it needs to actually work for it to be good. Power and volume get funky for no reason after a shit down from time to time. My tv is Hisense. Tivo would be great if the remote want such trash. Such a bummer cause I really want to like it

So what do you do after you've pressed the buttons for it to connect to the tivo after you get the remote blinking?

You may need to move the remote around a little to give the Tivo a chance to connect.

How do you pause/play, fast forward, and rewind with that remote? Do the right/down/left/up buttons simply fulfill that function while watching video?

Play pause is done my the big button in the middle. Fastforward and rewind are done by the directional pad around the big middle button.

So, I somehow activated a Talkback setting while trying to fix something else? But when I go into the t.v settings to deactivate it, it says it's not even on. It's a different talkback than the t.v (which is hinsense) so I think it comes from the box. Any chance you know how to deactivate this?? Please??

I am trying to pair a 2nd Breezeline remote, however, when I do the original remote will not show "guide" or the items associated with the Tivo button. How can I have 2 remotes paired to the same box?

It soundsike you are trying to attach a 3rd party remote which might be why the second remote will not show the guide. If you had to tivo remotes it should let you use the guide on both remotes.

@Wanderer001 Reviews yeah, it's too bad they tend to act up alot. Nice when they do work. But my parents have no clue on how to pair it up, (which is a constant issue with it,) to the point where it will no longer pair up, no matter what you do. Hopefully the next version will be better

With devices like this you can always get a new remote that does not come with the device. This is why it needs to be paired even out of the box. It is a different type of tech then your old tv which is why it has a different way of using it.

Was it just sluggish, or was it setup of it? Just wondering. Tvio did take me a while to get used to comparied to Roku and Amzon.
