trigger mode is not soldered in pir sensor, it's selected using a jumper. If you don't have a jumper, simply solder a small piece of wire to the pins.

This sensor works in DC 5v only, to work in car battery, a 7805 regulator has to be used.

Jumper is used for single trigger and continuous trigger, if there is no pin, you need not to configure.

You can use a relay with it to control AC devices. 5second delay is the limitation of the sensor, it cannot be removed.
