Buddy, you can go strong cpu with weak gpus the bottleneck will not cause trouble, but you cant go weak cpu with strong gpu, this bottleneck will definitely go harakiri.
every PC bottleneck. GPU is based on requirements. you can use this processor without GPU as well.

13900K with GTX 1660Ti, that CPU is overkill for that GPU!
Just installed it, the first time it showed a vcore of ~1.38. I disabled the Multi-Core Enhancements to enforce all limits, rebooted and now it was showing 1.45V
I've changed the MCE setting off and on, but it's still stuck at 1.45V
At 40:20s you're also getting 1.45V in BIOS. Is this normal or something needs to be changed?

Are the spacers for mounting the motherboard (keep it from touching the case directly) built into the back of it now? or were they built into the case? Just didnt see you add any to the back before screwing the MB down. Havent built a new rig in years. I hope they did one or the other now, lol.
actually depends the manufacturer, usually the stand-ups is pre-screw onto the case

All of these pretty high end parts, a great board with a 1660ti ? Id at least throw a 3060ti in there. Preferably a 4080 pr 4090 obviously.

He already had Windows installed on the SSD. He builds many computers, and he probably just took the drive out from another build...I wouldn't recommend it as drivers might conflict with each other.
When you install a fresh install of Windows, none of the apps will be there, only default Microsoft ones.

The Mother Board supports up to 7200 Mhz DDR 5 but the Specs on the I 9 13900 Processor says it only supports DDR 4800 and 5600 DDR RAM...
