I just watched this video and learned so much about starting a screenplay. Andy Guerdat's insights on common mistakes to avoid and how to approach writing for money were especially valuable. very useful, thanks! i have a script for an animated pilot, it has characters in detention and there is a lot of dialogue, this is before big change happens in the story i think i need to cut it down, think more about telling the story visually and efficiently and that should give me more time to show the lives of the main characters before the big change happens
Screenplay is functional text for film production , written work for film , tv show or other moving media , that expresses movement action and dialogue of character. Most important part of screenplay is theme , character, plot . The difference between script and screenplay is script is initial outline of production, including things like dialogue and actions , but may not include fundamental. Screenplay is finalized project , essentially being step above script.
