    Is this basically saying that in order to solve a problem you must distracting with another problem to then release it to the back of the brain "the unconcious"!?

      No its saying that we must relax after recieving a diffficult problem in order to digest the information before considering solutions to the problem.

    I would forget the cars either existed and not even bother looking for the freaking things are looking at them and not even walk if I was distracted on that task as if I was never given that task I don't know why I do it all the time

    there is no such thing as muses or inspiration the brain is a connection machine its linkint the 2 parts via differant synaptic paths and this is how it sees a conection that no one else had before

    if um you ah say um in-between ah um regurgitating ah information you've read um ina way where it um appears as though ah you are teaching me um ah ....... etc. etc. etc. ......ah um nuff said? huh?
