I just read "The Five Intentions" by Frank Ostaseski. Amazing book!! I actually bought two so I could give one to my son. I have wanted to go into working with hospice for a while now and I am currently doing volunteer work with hospice. I was inspired by my experience in my own life with hospice, Frank, and with Steven Levine's books. It is one of the most noble and worthy professions there is! Also, I am a practicing Buddhist. I hope to visit the Zen Hospice Center someday.

The mission of the foundation, Nate's story along with Frank Ostaseski words "We know how to care for eachother, we know it in our bones" and the quote to remember "we each have the capacity to embrace the suffering of someone else" moved me to tears.
