When I was a preteen i hung out with my grandma and she watched nick at nite so i did too, 12-3 am almost everynight was family matters and the nanny, literally shaped me, i remember all of this episode and gushed like i watched it for the first time cause its been a while. Her new show, shes still so awesome and charles guest stared and it was so cute i had to come back and watch!! Time to cave and get the series on dvd this christmas.

She's also wearing a long sleeved turtleneck underneath, so really nothing about this outfit is inappropriate. They did a fair job of toning it down.
In this scene I feel like Maxwell's mom didn't like Fran not only because she wasn't wealthy but because she was still bitter that her ex husband left her for his secretary.
I wish they’d uploaded the entire scene with Maxwell at Sylvia’s apartment. You can tell that Charles is having trouble keeping it together at several points lol.
