  • I can't express how excited I was to perfect this method and cook the perfect whole roast chicken. I tried many other ways but this produces soft succulent meat which is tender and skin that is beautifully crisp. It doesn't t even take long in the Ninja Foodi 15 in 1

I'd bought a chicken to steam roast in my Ninja, and before I did it I had a look around RUclips - as you do - to see if anyone had done it before. I came across your video, watched it, and did what you did. It should come as no surprise that I got the same result 🙂 The chicken was succulent and tender, the skin was crispy and delicious, and best of all I put the juices from the pan in my gravy - it was amazing. Thank you for taking the time to post your video.

First time using my new 15 in 1 and did a roast chicken in a similar way to this, different flavourings and it worked out perfectly. The chicken is as tender as if it's done in the slow cooker but holds together with fairly crispy skin as if it's done in the air fryer, so you get best of both worlds.
