The bigger reason you don't eat raw cookie dough isn't the eggs, the eggs are pasteurized, you have a very low chance of getting salmonella from them. But you have a much HIGHER chance of getting e. Coli from raw flour! Spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 300°F for 10 minutes and you're good to go. Edit for the lazy folk: microwave your flour in a microwave safe container. 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until it reaches 160°F in temp. Then it's safe.
bruh it was so salty so i tried to add like 2 1/2 tbsp of sugar to calm the salt down but it was still the same, if your making this recipe i def recommend you add no salt (cuz the butter is salty too) or the SMALLEST pinch.
it was so good but i made x2 the mix so i added 1 egg and some baking soda and poot it in my mini oven (u can use an oven) but it made these really good choco buns
