Usually, cPanel does not have an option to register DNS. If your domain is registered with Namecheap, you may check this guide on how to register nameservers: www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/768/10/how-do-i-register-personal-nameservers-for-my-domain .

I am not getting the option of TXT in the Type.
I can see only one option, and that is MX.

@@pramodpasala2034 Hello. To add a TXT record, you should choose the Zone Editor menu in the cPanel. Once there, find the needed domain and click Manage. After that, click on the Add record button and choose the TXT type from the drop-down menu.

Hello, it is not possible to leave the "name" field blank. If you need to just enter the TXT for the bare domain, please input that domain name in full in the "name" field.
