    This is the best episode of the series so far the acting was great poor Bill his conversion with Puckett was very sad also Keiko is alive ,and Still young is a great way to keep the characters in season 2 also it looks like the forest is only a part of the hollow earth like its split off from the rest. 9:30, It’s likely not Godzilla sending these signals, as he appears to prefer not waking or interacting with other Titans much with his whole role of keeping balance in nature, essentially the planet’s largest hall monitor. He also doesn’t actively pursue a goal unless it’s in response to a perceived threat or challenge to him.
    That being said, this could be the work of other Titans or, admittedly unlikely, this could be the result of Keiko having access to the Titan Lure left behind from Shaw’s failed mission, somehow modified to created this amplified spread emerging from each of the rifts.
    11:42, Hiroshi and Shaw aren’t wrong to think humans are at fault for causing Titans to emerge, what with all the radioactive material humans have been meddling with for decades, but Hiroshi is wrong to blame the trio, as all they did was attempt to gather as much data on these creatures as they could in an attempt to prepare humanity in how to handle their presence. He projects his own loss onto the situation and blames Shaw and his father for abandoning him, only to subsequently repeat the same behaviors with his own children and even having two families simultaneously. It wouldn’t be the worst thing if the show allows him to simply be a hypocrite too blinded by bitterness and resentment to fully acknowledge his own crimes, as it would serve as a parallel for Kate, who would blame and show hostility to others while hiding from her own guilt and shame, only she’s begun to face her guilt while Hiroshi hasn’t, at least not yet. In essence, actually showing Hiroshi being flawed would give the audience more reason to see him just as Kate (and now Kentaro) did, without her (their) perspective and bias to shackle the audience from getting to form their own opinion of him.

In this episode, Kentaro's mom even encourages him to keep looking into Monarch just like his dad was doing. There is something in their corresponding "non-responses" that says a lot.

      Yep though kong skull island was set in 1973. So yeah less than 20 years. Still can't blame him. He must of lost it after losing his best friend and wife.
      I also feel sorry for Kurt's character too since he's lost a lot years in his life. While being kept in a retirement home.

    I saw the end of season 1 and it was really good, the only negative point was the very low monsters screen time.
    It is a solid 8 for me.
    I really hope it gets a lot better in second season.

    The Kansas City Monarchs played in Kansas City, Missouri, but haven’t existed there since 1955 or at all since 1965. The Kansas City Royals are the currently MLB team and they, too, play in Missouri.
    I get the connection that’s trying to be made at 1:25 but it doesn’t really make any sense.

    So if time is slower in the hollow earth then why in GvK when Kong was down there did time not go faster on the surface. kong returns to the surface and Godzilla is still there trying to fight him and the year is still the same

    Not sure if it's been brought up, but the Burke in the drop couldn't be Arleigh Burke ala the Arleigh Burke class destroyer. He was the Chief of Naval Operations (Retired) by that time. He'd be an old man by 1962, and old men don't fight the battles, they declare war.

      Yep I'll be watching kong skull island again. All I can say is that movie gonna make even more heart breaking. One man looking for his wife and best friend. The other man trying to make it back home for his son. The other man stuck on an island for years finds a way home to make it back to his wife. Yeah kong skull island become deep.

    This episode was exactly all those Marvel Disney+ show episode 5's in that it's the penultimate episode and is mostly focused on flashbacks and answering long running questions;
    Except I think they did it better.
    We've had almost double the amount of time and episodes with the show for these reveals to land impactfully, but most if not all of the character moments in this episode were handled wonderfully.
    It's great to see how this show is coming together and I have faith that the finale will at least deliver something good

    I will rate this episode a solid 1.5 out of 10 for the way they brought Hiro back. I mean what was that? They spent 8 episodes looking for him and when his son saw him, it was like something happened between them at the night and now kentaro is mad at him at the breakfast table 😂 it didn’t even look like they’re meeting for the first time after his death.

    • @niraajnair8902
      @niraajnair8902 5 месяцев назад +4

      I'll disagree. It just reinforces hiroshi's obsession with whatever he is trying to do. Only when kentaro broke the news about cate's possible demise he snapped out of that obsession for a minute. There's still a big mystery on what exactly he is trying to do in the modern times and what drove his obsession. Especially when he seemed so uninterested with MUTOs when meeting younger shaw at the hospital.

    Monster realm is like a inside the tube of a buckyball cage or soccer ball. The Earth has an inner&outer core and then the mantle&crust plus continental plate tectonic movements. For Godzilla to burn down to Kong's location in the Hallow Earth, it has to at least touch the crust. For plate tectonic to happen, by the time the crust reaches the edge of the outer core, the subsiding tectonic plate had already melted enough as magma to go between the buckyball cage of the Hallow Earth. Remember that there's the ceiling and floor surfaces with the gravity inversion in the center. So like a soccer ball, there's intersection between tubes and those are nexus portal points to the surface of the Earth while the face of the soccer ball are empty space that allows the molten crust to circulate down to the outer core of the Earth. So while the crust/continent moves around in millions of years, the cage nexus portal points are fixed. So the most fixed location on the Earth's surface is the polar regions&that's why the Antarctica location has a fixed portal site since it's least tectonic plate movement with land that's still around in the same position in the last several million yrs.

    Gamma radiation is not on the same spectrum as light, it is way higher frequency. It is within the radio frequency spectrum, along with x-rays, UV, IR and microwaves (which light also shares). Details matter
