The minimum age to race a full Spartan Race is 14 in the U.S. and Western Canada and 15 in the U.K and Eastern Canada, the maximum age is 99. Check our website for event locations. Spartan Races are held all over the world!

Ok, So I can go in all 3 without having to be in top 3 in all of them. And I sent my email and I cant get workout of the day. But that's beside the point, Im 15 years old have already done a marathon, run daily and with the help of my paraplegic father we will become the best, see you in Alberta :)
