hey!! thanks for your encouragement😽 i’m not super sure on the mattress covers as every residence is a little different. regarding the laundry incidents, i don’t think stealing is super common but you should still stay alert and aware of the fact that it CAN get stolen. so setting timers to pick up ur laundry right away, or staying around the laundry room during your load if you’re really sketched out would be best 👍🏻
i found facebook marketplace and joining facebook groups to be the most helpful!!! other websites you could use are craigslist and zumper, but i found that it’s harder to get a quick response from those websites

hi:) i wasn’t in ib and i didn’t take any AP classes! however, i did have around a 96% average in high school with a lot of extra curriculars which is what i think helped me get into ubc🙏

hey! unfortunately, there isn’t a lock on the bedroom side of the door, but you can lock both doors in the bathroom from the inside:(
