If they have a registered motorcycle, a West Australian motorcycle licence, where is the law to state they can't ride it on a registered public road. Can the police just make up a law for a special occasion.
Police aren’t making up the law. Instead, (I imagine) there’s law that allows the Police to make necessary orders to control gatherings. Police just enforce the law.
