Question on this.. do I have to use the balance lead or can it be wired into the main lead
Judging by the way he has it hooked up to the balance lead you should be all good to connect it to the main leads! Sounds like a cool project!
i have soldered it to the plug on the car, that plugs into the battery. it works!

@@nicomelgaresHey! Any chance you could provide a short guide or picture of the mod? I want to solder it directly to the battery connector in the car so I don't have to constantly unplug and plug the lead back in.
