We're pretty sure Victor uses wax and knowing how meticulous he is, I'm also sure he'll have good reasons for doing that.

hookless is 10-20g lighter per rim... lol ... other than the manufacturing cost it has ZERO benefits compared to hooked rims. Its all about brands wanting more profit and less investment and they happily put the riders safety on the line for that. disgusting.
