    Aloo Bhaat Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup rice
    - ½ cup toor dal
    - 2 medium potatoes, diced.
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - 2-3 green chilies, slit.
    - 8-10 curry leaves
    - 1 medium tomato finely chopped.
    - ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    - Salt to taste
    - 1 tablespoon ghee
    - 3 cups water
    - Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnishing)
    Instructions:
    - Soak 1 cup rice and ½ cup toor dal in water for 20-30 minutes.
    - While the rice and dal are soaking, chop the potatoes into dices and keep them ready.
    - Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker.
    - Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
    - Add 2-3 slit green chilies and 8-10 curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds.
    - Add 1 finely chopped tomato and the diced potatoes. Cook until the tomatoes become soft.
    - Drain the soaked rice and dal and add them to the cooker.
    - Add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and salt to taste.
    - Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix gently.
    - Add 3 cups of water and mix well.
    - Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for one whistle.
    - Turn off the heat and let the cooker cool down completely before opening the lid.
    - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    - Serve hot with curd/raita, lemon pickle, and Pappad.
