Hey Carson, that trial conversion rate varies a lot across different apps. You could look at their monthly revenue, installs and subscription price to guesstimate a install > subscribe rate. That won’t tell you the install > start trial rate. Install > subscribe rate is usually 2% - 4% (again, it’s on average and categories can vary massively). I’d say the start trial is rate about 10% and 40% of those convert but this is a total wild guess based on the public data I see in AppTweak and my guess could be wildly inaccurate.
Hi Darius, I just came across your video and you seem to know what you are doing! I have a quick question. Im 56 and I have any idea for an app a great idea I think but I'm not computer savvy at all! Is there anyway I can get people to make the app? And how much money does it take to do this? Thank you and have a blessed day!
Hey there, thanks for reaching out. You can definitely get others to help you with the app. For example I myself don't write code and can't make an app myself. I always work with others. The question of cost varies tremendously on the type of functionality you need so it's hard for me state. You might be able to use no-code platforms like Glide Apps which is free, or you might have to hire a team which might cost $10.000+ to build out a custom app.
to publish they would still charge $99 per year, is there a way where multiple developers can share one apple Id ? they allow unlimited apps with one account.
the email on the support can be fake, i use to get a lot of adverts from an email i put on my support app, as a result i changed it to a disposable email, and the privacy page i used a temp link that is not pointing to my domain.

Having worked for Disney Junior making games. It probably is a very good idea. And it sounds simple enough to develop, making it a better idea. First check if there are many competitors, then plan out your features, understanding that if a parent is handing their ipad or phone to a child, the UI needs to be really simple. And then make sure you have a consistent way of adding coloring book pages every month, and do it as a subscription, because kids can't make in-app purchases on their own. You could even make 1-2 pages free and then show the kids all the other ones they could be coloring so they hand it back to mom/dad to subscribe and have ways to share or export their coloring pages. Obviously no one can guarantee you success, and no one can tell you how to spend your time. But there is a real market for "keeping kids occupied", and so if you feel intrinsically motivated to do this, just do it, try it, see if it works. Don't decide it won't work before you do it. Just do it all the way and confirm that it "didn't work" if that's an outcome. A project like this might take a few months, but the lessons you'll learn in achieving it will last a lifetime.
I don't have a lot of availability and I only do very specific consultations, but yes it is possible. Send an email to hello@dariusmora.com if you want to get more info.
what do you think the conversion rate of people that sign up for the trial is?

Great video, it's like a motivational video for coders.
Tomorrow will be better! I agree. And thanks 😊
Wow 😯 that’s 9 million dollars
Amazing video, thank you so much for such valuable information!
You’re very welcome Nour, glad you find it useful 🙂
Great video man. Thanks a million!
Glad you liked it!
Thank you, Darius! 🙏🏾🙏🏾
You have sparked my curiosity. What site did you use to analyze the app? Is it better to build for apple or android or both?
Awesome work Darius! :)
Thanks Laurie!
Awesome work, thank you :d
No problem 😊
Dude... you're #Legend👑 for this! ✨👍
Thanks bro, much appreciated
How does he withdraw this money?
Great video, thanks for the content, really useful! 🔥🔥 I cannot open your app ideas link though, I think the link is broken
Thanks for letting me know, going to check it right now. 🙏
Where do they generate or get the daily quotes from?
AI chat bots
Probably just scraped the internet, that's the easiest part of this business

You should definitely provide a valid email to your customers. It is Apple / Google policy as well.

Is ''coloring game for kids'' is a good idea ??? Should i spend time on this????😔

It's impossible to answer your question like this without knowing more context.
Very interesting…do you do consultations?

Hi Darius, its been a while.. does this list link still work?
I used it July 2024.....
Please make a complete aso toutoril
Thanks for the note, I’ll look into it Naveed 🥳
I'm thinking most of their buyers would be women. Men over think when it comes to software prices.
From my experience that’s absolutely incorrect. Both men and women can be cost conscious for different products.
@@DariusMora Thanks, its just mind boggling to think who on earth would buy such an app. I'm thinking for their case it would be women
Nope, both men and women are buying these.
Please can I make an app without coding at all
yes, that is possible using a tool like Bubble for example
How do they monetize app? Premium only?
Simple subscription model, freemium
Your email subscription is broken and its not working.
Thanks for letting me know, will check it out ASAP!
Why is your free app list showing a 403 forbidden?
Not sure, thanks for pointing it out. Will check
I feel like I reached a gold mine 💰
Haha I’m happy to hear that. Happy digging 😃
But that mine is filled with 💩
