- Banh Xeo- Something you have to eat when in Mui Ne and Phan Thiet. Instead of going to a better and more well known place, I decided to try my luck at this little side street stall. Looks like the food gods were with me as I hit a home run with this place. Absolutely delicious and friendly. Not to mention getting there just in time before she sold out! Make sure to look out for her when traveling this area!

Coconut House- Stop your long journey for a refreshing coconut and coconut candy with some lovely ladies. They really deserve your support.
No exact address but the house is just past the Ham Tien Market when heading to Mui ne.

Câu cá giải trí- A really unique atmosphere for a restaurant. With a local speciality, the fried snake head fish. Come here for some local vibes and local eats.

@@otran7749 Anh ấy thường nói là: Nó hơi ngọt so với mình, mọi người đứng chấm nhé (clip ăn gỏi cá sống ở Phan Thiết sao á) ; Clip ăn hủ tiếu vịt tiềm có thêm chân giò thì quá cứng anh ấy cũng bảo là mình đang phải cố để nhai hết :D Còn có clip ăn miến gà ở Hà Nội thì anh ấy bỏ lại trứng non vì không thích trứng chín kĩ. Chứ kp cái gì cũng ăn hết xong khen đâu à :D

It's my first time seeing banh xeo that size but it still looks really good. The coconuts look so refreshing, it's my favorite. Even here in the State I always try to find fresh coconut to drink but I can never chopped it to get to the meat. Thanks for the video to help me prepare for the beginning of another long week.

Max, since they gave you that small bowl of water, it might help to use your veggies/herbs to soak up the water and use it as a brush to wet your rice paper to soften it up for wrapping.

Those banh xeo are super cute and perfect sized. I've seen the huge ones that are popular in Saigon and yeah, you're right about the filling on those. When I make it at home, I put in a ton of protein in mine. :)

Kkaaa.... mình đến chỗ bán cá lóc này rồi.... mấy ẻm cún hình như không thích khách cho lắm ai vào mấy ẻm cũng la làng hết trơn á MAX.... chỗ này bán đồ khá ngon, món nào cũng ngon mình ăn lâu rồi á, hồi còn là học sinh cấp 3, giờ thì không biết sao, có ngon như ngày xưa không nữa.... so great your video.... you made me miss my hometown so much Dear MAX... thanks...☺☺😚☺☺
