As someone who is coming back from my left shoulder injury, this is an excellent video for me and has reset my expectations as an older archer returning to the sport

Bodie Turner shoots lighter stabilizers. Their (ShotIQ) idea is that no one holds completely still, and lighter will return to center faster.
And it does make sense, if you point at something with your finger, and just watch, you'll veer off target, but your subconscious will move you back to center. If you truly shoot a surprise release, while not aiming, lighter stabilizers will be in the center more percent of the time than really heavy.
There's 2 trains of thought about stabilizers, and I think there's merit to either, it's all mental in the end.
Good to see you're getting better, you're looking better too.

Heart surgery is violent to the body. Most people aren’t in good shape anyway that requires surgery. Getting back in shape is an irritating process. Can take months for some. You are moving along awesomely IMO. I hated how much work it was. People need to realize when shooting to get your form back! IMO, is to not worry about where the arrow hits but just work on form and shot timing. Wherever the pin settings is when you need to finish the shot cycle. Let down if it doesn’t feel 100% right. Drawing and holding then letting down is a great way to build up. I doa lot of drawing 3 times and then executing the forth draw a lot when I’m practicing. 👍👍

Does elite make a good hunting bow or is it more suited for target shooting?

Ever go for a run then try to shoot a bow while your heart is still pounding and your body is tired and out of breathe? That can help the mental game and focus on calming the heart and nerves.

Why use SO much weight instead of working on the shot consistency and process? It is THE number one Band-Aid in archery today...can't control my shot, better add 3 lbs of weight 36" from my bow to prevent me from adding inputs into the riser.
Its like adding a parachute to a car to stop you from accelerating to 200mph on the highways.
Don't need the parachute, just don't floor it. Don't need such high weights, control the shot process and be present in your process.
I was guilty of it when I was new to archery, then I had a guy literally 2 times my body weight pick up my bow and he laughed at me, "Why does this thing weigh as much as a cannonball?" I told him it keeps my pin on target.... " Why don't YOU keep the pin on the target, let it move as it is IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP IT FROM MOVING, and just be present in the shot process?" My answer was handing the baton of responsibility to the bow, an inanimate object that would fire the EXACT same spot if it was in a test firing bench. At that point, it was very clear what he was saying. I removed the 6 OZ up front and the 18oz from the rear, now my bow doesn't weigh 9.8 lbs, which is literally double the factory weight.
All these archers around the world with 10lb bows and 4-foot stabilizers are comical, it is a giant neon sign that says" I think I am better then I am so my equipment needs to hide the truth."
You only need 1 or 2 oz on the front stabilizer, especially if it is over 12", and the rear having over 16oz is due to your silly sight bar extending out 12" past the riser because you are using a micro peep. adding 2 lbs to your bow doesn't make you shoot better, it is a placebo effect and can be offset by getting rid of your giant beer can-sized grips, comfort grips and all those trash pile items made to sell YOU and take your money. Shoot off the bare riser, THEN you feel what YOU and the bow are doing, right and wrong.

Anyone thinking of getting an elite ember? Don’t!! On The bottom of the bow the both cam cables overlap and run against eachother, in addition, it is much heavier than the advertised weight physically
