    I can definitely see skull crushers becoming my go-to tricep exercise. Thanks for showing the different variations and as always the proper form. I've been lacking good tricep exercises so these are great, gonna try them out right now.

    My favourite exercise I use a curl bar because for me it seems to put to much pressure on my wrist if I use a straight bar.

  • @pchristofferson99

    Is it OK to cant the upper arms slightly backward so that you're not "resting" at the top of the movement? Or does that put too much strain on the shoulders? I realize you don't want to start engaging the lats, but it seems like tilting the upper arms ever so slightly instead of keeping them perpendicular will keep tension on the triceps throughout the movement.

    • @Fitfatherproject
      @Fitfatherproject  Год назад +1

      Hey Pete, thanks for writing in and excellent question! You can absolutely avoid the locking out or entirely perpendicular form to keep all tension on the tricep muscles. If the shoulder strain is "pain" then you will want to back off but if just discomfort, this is a great strategy.

    Love skull crushers but developed tennis elbow recently and now I may know why. To much weight on a curl bar with probably bad form.

    my man! i'm a follower.....love your videos but I gotta say why the Sucralose in your protein powder?

    • @Fitfatherproject
      @Fitfatherproject  5 лет назад +1

      For the initial batch, we couldn’t get them flavor to our liking without a little bit of it. It’s still sweetened primarily with stevia. We just reformulated and nailed the taste. All future batches will have ZERO sucralose :)

    Do not listen to this guy's advice, if you bring the bar to your forehead it'll create a lot of tension on your elbows and end up injuring yourself, speaking from experience
