I get this error when i try to follow this tutorial on the sandbox env, is it that we dont have permissions to connect on the user level? it seems to me that way. Could you please confirm: masking some info of the logs .... Basically, I wanted to create a MSK IAM cluster and was trying to authenticate from ec2 client like this video. I have checked my ec2 iam role, and giving broad permissions just to make sure there is no issue. But, I keep running into the same error, im using sandbox env and signed in as cloud_user role.
