I wish current bands were willing to push the envelope this much with their songwriting. No one seems to want to take chances anymore.

+James Andrew I think it might have to do with the guitar used. i think this song just sounds better on humbuckers than the single coils in the strat used at reading (though i belive the strat was modified with one hot rail in the bridge)

Probably because they played in standard pitch for this show. At some point in 1992 they started playing everything live tuned down 1/2 step.

Because in the '90 the fender jaguar was the most cheap and aceptable guitar in that time.
