@@supersaiyanjack9233 well i don’t think this is true, including the point goju ryu isn’t a full contact form of karate therefore pain tolerance conditionings and sparrings won’t be as effective plus it’s a traditional martial art (coming from chinese roots) which mainly focuses on balance and harmony which I utterly respect on the other hand kyokushin is mostly based on power intensity and speed and the creator of kyokushin (Masutatsu Oyama) also learned goju ryu judo muay thai and other matrial arts and combat sports before creating his own. Kyokushin practitioners are often put under pressure while sparring so they would get used to long lasting fights and pain ignorance. But i respect every single karate fighter and martial art practitioner because “being better” depends on the fighter so thinking in these terms every style is equally good.

As a kyokushin user I would say that kyokushin does the best conditioning and confusing to the opponent and the kicks that you used were the torso head confusion kick and scorpion kick
@@themight1186 it's very nice that you're motivated to try lots of things, but I advise you stick to 1 (or 2 max) martial arts if you're going to start new. Ideally 1 striking and 1 grappling if you want to do 2. You will not get good at one easily if you spread your time too thin. Remember what Bruce Lee said! Don't fear the man that practices 1,000 kicks hut fear the man that practices 1 kick a thousand times.

shotokan definitely, as a girl who trains shotokan karate 3 days a week and take extra training from a senior also engage in a lot of activities I so many students(who are oviously senior than me) do this kind of reckless activities and I tried out those myself you focus a lot and give huge importance to kata and I can see your dedication when you did unsu kata, also your kicks practised are the same typing and style which are taught in shotokan karate

I learn the shotokan karate and I’m just a beginner so I was really amazed of how you did that jumping thingy and landed like spider man…it’s really cool
gojo-ryu the two things you did reminds me of Bassai and Naihanchi Cho Dan from Tang Soo Do, then again Tang Soo Do combines a bunch of other things together.
