- Hello guys! A very common problem in current vehicles, including our Alfa Romeo MiTo! As with an injector, a turbo or a control unit, repairs to electronic power steering units must be carried out by specialists. Not only does this guarantee the success of the repair but it also gives a guarantee on the work.

@@alfaromeonoproblem deu me o c0051 e c1002 correspondente ao sensor torque mas li um pouco pelos foruns da fiat que poderia ser ligado a alguma ligação terra da bateria, pois acontece sempre na pre check nunca em andamento
@luiscaldeira7458 se fosse esse cabo teria outros problemas e sintomas. Bem como mau arranque.
Se tem esses erros e a bateria é boa, está boa e bem ligada, deve proceder á reparação.

Hello. The problem was not the motor. Is was a sensor inside. The repair was around 250.
It is impossible to find Stabilus bonnet struts for 159. Nobody has them in stock. Is there any good brand as an alternative?

Anyway, I tried many places, but none have it, and the ones that do, won't ship to me. But eventualy I found a coupple of places in Germany, on eBay, that have Stabilus. So now I am waiting to see if it is the case for real or not. I hope I will get them.

Hello. Did a few before, yes. Normally is an integrated sensor. The yaw sensor if I'm correct.
No I meant someone else was in there before you, because the screws are mixed and the plastic broken.
A professional like you knows where all the screw go😊.
Yaw sensor should be located under the seat of passenger or driver.

My 159 the rear N/S window when I wind it up sometimes it goes up and doesn’t stop and brakes the plastic lifting frame, doesn’t anyone here knows why ?

The car was sitting for two years with the battery terminal off it happened after I started, the car is in new condition with very low mileage,
@@BK-it6te I think there is a sensor in the top window rubber seal, and when glass presses on it, it tells the motor to stop. Maybe the sensor or the wire for it is broken. What do you mean by N/S?
