King Boletes and Oyster Mushrooms

One of the things I like best about Alaska is the abundant food it supplies. The land is overflowing with fresh goodness and natural bounty. It's been rainy out lately, so mushrooms are all over the place, just begging to be harvested. We went hunting for them near Cooper Landing and were rewarded with King Boletes, Birch Boletes and Oyster mushrooms that my wife and I cooked up with some butter and garlic. They were awesome!
