    Every time I see this guy he does something I have never seen before, absolutely no movement - except for the snatch and C&J, of course, is ever ''standard'' - always some crazy twist.

    These are some very unique warm ups and strecthes. I will definitely try these and he has a very good amount of muscle considering that he is in a the 77kg class.

      +King J Unfortunately still not a standard in oly lifting..but these stretches are not so unique and been out there for long time. Good luck with them!

      For the same reason Okulov's quads are one of the biggest in the game... It's genetics plus Mohammed Ehab spends considerable amount of time on accessory and bodybuilding style of workouts

      he said, in an interview that he used to have bent arm in the snatch, so he worked his triceps a lot to have stronger elbow lock

    just curious, do these guys do other exercises or pure oly lifts? i wonder how they get good bodies.

    • @4.wheel.therapy
      @4.wheel.therapy 8 лет назад +1

      +Robert James Reid they constantly do body weight exercises on top of hours of training everyday. Just look at gymnast all they do is lift there own body weight yet have abs and shoulders of steel.

      It's neural priming. It won't inhibit his lift as long as he sequences down pull afterward.
