Aerosmith is one of my all time favorite bands and Steven Tyler is one of the best frontmen and rock singers ever. Rock on! 🤘
Same! 💯✨
my favourite aerosmith song. the plaintive, emotional vocal is EVERYTHING on this. you can feel the pain.
"You spent me up like money then you hung me out to dry." Genius. 💙
This song came off the Pump album, released in 1989....16 years after their debut album....to put out an album this good so many years after forming the band, there's gotta be a lot of comradery, persistence, loyalty, and of course, talent!
Ya gotta love Aerosmith...timeless!
This is one of my favorite songs from Aerosmith 💕
Steven, Steven, Steven! The Demon of Screamin! He is the consummate songwriter, front man and amazing vocal artist. I’ve seen them countless times up close, front row. The only man I will camp out and save up for tickets to get those seats. He is incredibly charismatic and loves to come to us and sing, laugh and enjoy the music. Very gracious. I lot of bands keep a lot of security between the crowd and the stage. Not Steven. I’ve seen him yell a venue security. Hey man, why are you keepin my people away? You know how much they paid for those tickets? Just makes us his security. We keep any wackos away. He’s smart and technically savvy by directing the tempo and sound of the songs, directing the camera men who show the big screen venue for the lawn seats and has the audience completely under a spell. Then he comes down off the stage, singing and walking to the lawn seats…. So they get Steven up close too. Such a good showman.
He just left voluntary rehab last month. Last December, he had foot surgery which was quite painful. Giving prescription pain meds to a lifetime addict was extremely risky. So he checked in for a few months. Released last month, and doing well. Aerosmith is supposed to open in mid September at the Dolby Park MGM. This residency was delayed due to his rehab stay. So happy he’s doing well. They will be in residency until mid December. Not sure if they will be there in 2023 as well.
I have loved this band since high school in the 70s. They been through it all and one of few bands the have been around 50+ years with the original lineup. In the music business, that in itself, is incredibly special. And this is one of my most favorite songs! ❤️❤️❤️
I got to see him with Aerosmith in 2002, first and only concert. And only time in 20+ years that Aerosmith has been to Seattle.
7/2024 waiting for the farewell tour ..bittersweet
Aerosmith is just so damn good!
Saw them in concert a couple of times.
They were AMAZING!!!
You guys need to hear him do scat! "RAG DOLL" He's unbelievably talented, vocally. More than most realize.
Love that song. The lyrics are so deep, it talks to everyone
Their live performance of this on A Little South of Sanity is one of the best I’ve heard it’s so good
Literally the first Aerosmith song I heard when I was like 10. I have been obsessed since then. I have seen them 20 plus times, and have all the bands signatures tattooed on my back lol. Most of my friends are from the fan club. I'm jealous that this was your first time.
I think it was this album jacket that defined the word "F.I.N.E." for us. Fudged up. Insecure. Neurotic. Emotional. I've never been able to forget that.
One of the all time greats!!
This was always one of my very favorite Aerosmith songs! I have always said that Steven Tyler is the only singer I know of, that can literally make up words while he is singing and it still makes total sense!
Listen to them some more, they're great!! Ty
I’ve been listening to them a long time.. From the moment I first heard this song I knew it was their masterpiece.. So truthful and bare..
You had me at Aerosmith.
One of very few groups that idc what song it is. Also, one I've never tired of, in all these years!
I like these newer Aerosmith songs but my real passion for Aerosmith is from 1974 to 1979.
Yes they really need to get to the old good stuff. Pump had some good songs on it no doubt but the 70s had the best Aerosmith music. Chip away, back in the saddle, seasons of wither, nobody's fault, etc.
@@michellec2514 You are so right.
Y'all need to do "Janie's got a Gun". Stevin Tyler and Joe Perry, ( the lead guitarist) wrote the song on a subject that nobody was talking about then. They made it work and become one of their monster hits. Watch the official video to it also because it was great to help understand the message of the song.
My favorite Aerosmith song!❤️🔥❤️🔥🎤💞💞🎸💘💘🎶❤️🔥❤️🔥
One of my fave Aerosmith songs
The slide guitar in this song is beautiful.
Great song by far one of my favort song ever !!!! He was in love and did'nt know how to let it go . been there done that sad song
Check out 90,s Aerosmith
Living on the edge
Eat the rich
Falling in love is so hard on the knees 🎸🇬🇧😉
One of my areosmith songs ❤
Such a great, great song. Prob my favorite Aerosmith song. Thanks for using this version. The shorter version doesn't do it justice. I think Asia was referring to the expression "The best way to get over someone, is to get underneath someone else". lol. That's the one I heard at least.
hey guys.... you hit the nail on the head Asia... Steven wears his heart on his sleeve.... he is one of, if not THE.... GREATEST rock n roll singers OF ALL GOD DAMN TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! excuse my blasphemy... but HOLY GOD DAMN SHIT..... HE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! and you two ROCK also..!!!!!!!!! PEACE 😎
This is the country side of Aerosmith... didn't realize it at the time. Steven Tyler (vocals) did release a solo country album in 2016...
Probably my favorite post 70s Aerosmith song. Either this or Janie's Got a Gun
This song and Seasons of Wither are to me the best Aerosmith songs they made!
This is my favorite Aerosmith song. I love these guys ❤. Y'all should listen to the RUN DMC & Aerosmith song "Walk This Way".. if you haven't already. It was such a groundbreaking, iconic song/collaboration at the time.. it was the first time that Rock & Hip Hop joined forces. The result was musical genius & magic 👌. It propelled Hip Hop to the mainstream & it gave Aerosmith their big comeback & the second chapter of their career. Steven Tyler & Aerosmith just announced that they are retiring after 54 years, a couple days ago 😔. I'm a little sad.. but I'm happy that they get to relax & enjoy the rest of their days with their loved ones. Thanks for all the great music guys. You've made this lady happy several times through the years 🤘🎸🎶 🎤
Asia & BJ, you'll love their "Rag Doll" and "Dude Looks Like A Lady"!!
Yessssss! Finally this one- I’ve requested this and “Hole in my Soul” everywhere! I know this was in a live stream, please do their hit “Hole in my Soul” too. Sooo good!! He puts that sweet emotion out there! See what I did there👆🏻😁✨💖💙
Saw them for the first time in the 70’s when they opened for Black Sabbath…50 years and still going… great band
This is my favorite Aerosmith song...you can feel the pain in his voice. He meant all that shit...lol
Pump is a very underrated album.
This was the first time that I had actually listened to this song, it brought tears to my eyes, because I had been there before, and Steven Tyler was bringing those memories Back.
One of if not their best song
Asia is so cute when those guitar solos start!
Aerosmith’s “Home Tonight” is from 1976 off the “Rocks” album. Beautiful ballad from the bad boys of Boston
I remember this came on the jukebox in a local bar after me and my ex wife split the month before. Talk about hitting you right where it hurts.....this song says it all.
My Momma loved this song. Now it makes me think of her
Another great song from Aerosmith love this band, got to meet Steven Tyler a few years back, really nice guy!! Please check out cryin, living on the edge and hole in my soul.
I used to love aerosmith til get a grip, when they turned to radio-rock, but still love their old classics from their earlier days
One of the best bands in the world!
the first incarnation of Aerosmith was the best. The 70's albums & those guitar riffs.
One of my favourites!
For me, their best song. And has a GREAT accompanying music video. Too bad you didn't check it out as well.
Can't mess with Steven Tyler and the gang!!! Always too good!
This song started the country rock scene that is what is considered modern country
You See Me Crying (their BEST ballad) (no NOT Cryin'), Home Tonight, Mia, Seasons of Wither, Cry Me a River (cover) and even Kings And Queens I'd consider a power ballad but not towards love. lol
Look the reaction from her yes ma’am your man is feeling the song a total different way…women…Can’t live with them…Can’t live without them
Wife here..This is a great song!..However, I prefer a more raw Aerosmith sound,,specifically 70's and some 80's..."Strike three your out" Preach BJ!!!..Asia such a great point about it" being to easy"!!..Thanks for the intelligent insight as always!!
Steven Tyler has the voice of an angel. Try "Dream On"
The saying you were thinking is, "To get over someone you need to get under someone else."
Hit after hit after hit from these guys
Her y’all! I’m back (always back like I never left.. and dang near actually didn’t go anywhere..always RE- watching 😆) doing some RE- watching yet again- 🙂 So I hope y’all see this- maybe others will plz jump onboard for y’all doing their under-requested (sadly) hit “Hole in my Soul.” It’s really good! Please help me out here fam.🤞🏼🤞🏼❤️✨
That man is the demon of screamin'...
Another cool song from Aerosmith is " Sick As A Dog " 🤙🎸
I think "the saying" you're looking for Asia, is: "the best way to get OVER someone, is to get UNDER someone new"... LOL
You would like - angel and -crying
Great song!
This was a powerful song back in the day.
ST has black ancestry as well. Feel that!♡
I found out that I love Scattin’ from listening to Steven Tyler before I really even knew what it was. This album was awesome and it was perfect timing to help me move on after a bad breakup.
This is a very underrated song imo
What it takes but Aerosmith is one awesome song 🎵
One of my favorite Aerosmith songs, even though when I broke up with someone I turned up the volume and sang it as loud as I could.
I read Steven's book and it was really good. He doesn't hold back and tells it like it was. Great read.
he tells all about julia holcomb? :O
Let it go brother. If she loves you, she knows how to find you. Let it go.
Aguante Aerosmith 👌
Thank you, Asia and BJ for your Reaction to this great song.
You guys should check out some old Aerosmith before Steven's voice changed...I think you would really like "kings and queens" or "seasons of wither"
Asia would probably flip out!
Is the phrase you’re trying to think of:
Female Version - “The best way to get over a man is to get under a different man”
Male Version - “The best way to get over a woman is to get on top of another one.”
Asia & Bj Check out JethroTull, Thick as a Brick, Live 1977. ROCK ON.
Joe Perry is awesome on that guitar!
Please react to Aerosmith's song "PINK" Official Video. It is so Awesome and Steven sounds Fantabulous singing it!!
Final song on Aerosmiths last great album.
1 more the cover of the Beatles , Come together, my personal favorite
Can we see y’all on some Latin! Would love to see you guys react to Amor Eterno - Juan Gabriel! I’d have the English lyrics if I were you guys. The lyrics are gut wrenchingly beautiful.
Please do Janie's Got a Gun from Aerosmith!! But you have to watch the official music video w/it, to tell the story. Video was made by a famous film director. Amazing song.
Angel is a good song by them!!!
The old saying is "To get over someone you have to get under someone else..."
Always loved the line.. F.I.N.E fine
Can you react to guns n roses classic live on studio Tv ? It’s one of their best performances IMO
Hello Asia & B.J., Check out the group Louisiana's Le Roux, The song ( New Orleans Ladies) see what you think 🤔 😉
I love the way you guys enjoy the music. May I recommend “ The Beach Boys” . I think you would dig it. Thank you.
BJ needs to go as The RZA for Halloween.
Please start looking at '70s Aerosmith you won't be disappointed.
Listen to Dream On
Yes DREAM ON...A must listen!
Check their reaction. I think it’s been done.
F I N E meaning : "Fucked up, Insecure, Neurotic, Emotional" ........ Steven Tyler. 👊😎👈
Never roll the dice on love, thanks I'll write that down
Don't know if you've done Angel by Aerosmith, if not you should, I think you would like it
Don’t forget to do Angel!!
A bit of context to “Girl, before I met you, I was F.I.N.E. fine.
Translation:
(Fucked up, Insecure, Neurotic, & Emotional) 😉
So in his words, not so “fine.”
💜
You guys crack me up….
@asia i think u mean "to get over a man, u gotta get UNDER another one"....at least that's what was said in my area
I always enjoy your reactions. Stephen Tyler is looking more and more like an old lady these days.
