    Thanks! I have a problem catching my leg in the air, i feel like my arms are too short, which i bet is just bulls*!
    I will use these especially training my leg strength! 😊

    My daughter has a hard time not turning her heel out when doing a heel stretch. Is there anything we can do to help her.
