      Hey there. We understand that you'd like to access our business account's debit card feature ASAP, and we know that this situation isn't exactly ideal.
      Having said that, we can assure you of the fact that it's always our aim to introduce and reintroduce our platform's features to new and current countries and regions.
      And if you'd already requested the debit card for your business, then we'll make sure to notify you once they're available once more. For more info on this, please have a look at our page here: wi.se/bizcardavailability
      And furthermore, please feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram, or X in case you have any further questions or concerns. We'd be happy to help you, of course.

    I love Wise but I'm confused. You mention John about the expense of cash withdrawals from ATMs in Thailand. Are you simply referring to visitors? I've been on a waitlist for a Wise card for months. Has Wise finally added Thailand to their Wise Card options? If not how much longer do we have to be on the waitlist, especially as I'm a prolific user of this awesome platform?

    • @Wise
      @Wise  5 месяцев назад

      Hey there, Peter. Yes, when we talk about the fees of withdrawals from ATMs in Thailand, we mean visitors of Thailand, because the Wise card isn't available there just yet for residents.
      It's great to hear that you're already on the waitlist, though, as you'll be the first to know when this becomes available 💚 We know that having to wait for these features is less than ideal, but we really appreciate your patience and interest in the Wise card.

    Hey, Nahin.
    If you're referring to the Wise card, at the moment, if you reside in Bangladesh you won't be able to get the Wise card. For more info on where you can get it, check here: wi.se/cardavailability.
    However, we're always looking to expand our services, and we can let you know when cards are coming your way, just fill out this waitlist form here: wi.se/joincardwaitlist.
    Should you have any questions on this, feel free to DM us on Instagram, Twitter (x), or Facebook. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email/phone call here: wi.se/contactus.

    Germany Munich any ATM WITHDRAW charges? what is the daily or monthly withdraw limit?

    • @Wise
      @Wise  Месяц назад

      Hey, Stephanie! There are two kinds of ATM withdrawal fees that get reset each month- fixed and variable. All users get two free withdrawals a month, and after the second withdrawal you'll be charged the fixed fee. In Germany, that'll be .5 EUR per additional transaction.
      After 200 EUR/GBP has been withdrawn in the EEA, you'll be charged 1.75% on withdrawals past that. We have more info here: wi.se/withdrawalfees and please feel free to reach out: wi.se/directcontactus if you have any other questions.

      Hey Sean! Yes, there will be no fee from our side if you already have the spending currency on your balance. Should you unexpectedly run out of THB, we'll automatically convert it from another balance with the lowest fee - that's where our fee might come into play.

    Hi, Wise. How can I receive payments with wise from South Africa? Your app doesn't offer banking details for my rand(ZAR) currency. What are alternatives for me to receive money from South Africa?

    • @Wise
      @Wise  5 месяцев назад

      Hey there. We're glad to see you're looking into receiving payments through our platform. But our account details feature is indeed not yet available for ZAR balances. To see which currencies you can add, hold, and receive into your account with us, please check out our page here: wi.se/balancecurrencies
      Now regarding your options, please note that you could still activate the account details feature for a different currency, such as EUR, GBP, or USD for example. So depending on who's sending you money, and from where, you'd still be able to receive transfers to your account with us this way. And from there on out, you could also convert the received money to ZAR using our conversion tool.
      To see how you may activate the account details, go here: wi.se/getbankdetails - and you can see how you can convert money by checking out our other page here: wi.se/moneyconversion
      Another alternative would be for you to receive payments internationally directly to your local bank account through our platform via SWIFT, for more info on this method of payment, go here: wi.se/swiftpayments
      We hope this explains things to some extent, but please feel free to PM or DM us on Facebook, Instagram or X in case you have any other questions. We'd be more than happy to help you, naturally.

      Hey, Kasim!
      The exact fee will depend on a few factors (such as the exact currency route and payment method), but we have a handy calculator here: wi.se/ourfees that can help with this 😉 Just enter the currencies you're sending from, to, the amount, and payment method, and it'll show you a detailed breakdown.

      Hey, Muhammad. If you're having issues adding to your balance using your debit card, it can be due to multiple reasons such as browser issues, insufficient funds or the payment being declined by your bank. You can see more info on this here: wi.se/problemspayingbycard
      Alternatively, you can consider paying via bank transfer. Learn more about the steps at: wi.se/payingbybanktransfer

    • @Wise
      @Wise  3 месяца назад

      Hey there 👋 Thanks for replying here. So are you planning on travelling to Japan, or are you perhaps already there?
      It's important to note that not all Japanese ATMs will be compatible with foreign issued cards, and some ATMs may not provide service in English.
      Furthermore, almost all international ATMs will deduct a service fee when using a foreign issued card.
      But for more on this, and withdrawing funds in Japan in general, please have a look at our page here: wi.se/atms-in-japan
      In our video here, starting from 3:50 - we also further elaborate on how you can use your account with us when you're in Japan.
      And in case your debit card was issued in Japan, then you should be able to use the following ATMs in Japan:
      - Daily Yamazaki
      - Family Mart
      - AEON
      And for more about this, and where you can and can't use your card with us, please go here: wi.se/whereyoucanuseyourcard
      We hope this explains things to an extent, but please feel free to DM or PM us on Facebook, Instagram, or X, in case you have any other questions. We'd be happy to assist you, naturally.
