All users get two free withdrawals a month, and after the second withdrawal you'll be charged the fixed fee. In Germany, that'll be .5 EUR per additional transaction. After 200 EUR/GBP has been withdrawn in the EEA, you'll be charged 1.75% on withdrawals past that.
