The Komodo Dragon's enrichment was 0 and to get them to mate, their wellfare needs to be very high! get the enrichment up! just a little tip :p

I think they recently discovered that all monitors including Komodos have venom glands.
Actually if I'm not mistaken its a mix of both deadly bacteria from rotting flesh of animals within the mouth of the Komodo dragons as well as the venom
The venom is what actually kills the animal most of the time, and my guess would be hemotoxin
The detail is amazing on the Komodo Dragon. The tongue and scales are so detailed!

In Finland they're called "nokkonen" ! We make soup/sauce of them as well but the best thing is pancakes with them

I watched this series like 2 years ago and wasn’t impressed, but now that I’m actually playing the game I have so much appreciation for his zoo
I think I watched it when he released it watching it again is pure nostalgia
using dock leaves to soothe nettel stings is not an "old wives tale", it is actually true. Nettles' stings are acidic. Dock Leaves carry a liquid that is alkaline. When the acid from the nettle and the alkaline from the dock leaf mix, they neutralise, making water. This either seeps out of your skin at some point or another, or is ingested and released later. Just thought it might be helpful to clear that up. Great video though! (and following playlist!). :)

Varanus Komodoensis : live on island of Komodo South Center Region Of Indonesia... Can grow up to 3 metre long and have venomous bite (saliva bacteria) and yes local people there is build their home a bit higher so lower the risk of komodo entering the house.
By the way "Mirna and Agung" is local name in Indonesia. :D

We do have them actually, quite commonly! I think the part that throws a lot of people is because for some reason here in a lot of places (or at least the East Coast/North East) people will call the plant 'Seven minute itch' rather than referring to them by the actual name. So it is treated like this random annoying rash you get rather than a run in with a stinging nettle.
I remember having run ins with the awful plant when I was a kid growing up and I'm in my 20s now.

Don't forget you can build shelters out of terrains, essentially making caves, etc, instead of buying pre-made structures. (Play with the terrain tool more in general cause some prefer uneven grounds. Hills, dips, etc) Also, don't forget to put educational signposts next to exhibits. The guests love them. Lastly, you can set regions/continents (not only types) for the shrubs and such to make sure the animal will like them instead of playing the guessing game. For example, comodo dragons are Asian (set the continent to Asia) Than set types as grasslands and tropical. To check even more info about your zoo animal look at the wiki in the game menu. That'll inform you about the animal's preferred climate temperature, how big the enclosure should be, etc. As the vet continuos to research, they will unlock toys and such for that animal to make them happier. Best of luck!
Here in America, we also have nettles. I was once on a camping trip, and I was running away from people through the forest in a game we were playing. I had to jump over some plants, but I ended up landing in them. And you bet it stung. I went to the nurse, and she told me it was most likely stinging nettle (which is the exact same thing). I know you weren't saying they're only found in Europe, but I'm just proving they're in other continents as well. Also, I've made sure to be very cautious when running around the forest. Because it hurt badly enough that I'd never want to experience it again. I was also wearing jeans, and it still stung me.

Cheyenne Olewiler Slipknot is metal and they even class themselves as metal. However, there is some tracks they’ve made which has been aimed at the emo side. I.e psychosocial
