You did a great job on this! The baby rhino is freaking adorable! Love it so much. I also really like that you brought the bunny through most of the book. Adds a cohesiveness to the relative randomness of the prompts.

Omg paula you make the best coloring book! I've always wanted to complete all the drawings in inktober but find it so hard to. That's amazing that you finished them all 31 in 3 days! 😮 Uncharted is stunning and the camera prompt was so good with all the line texture.
The bird of paradise was my favorite, but there were so many other great ones! And I would love to see painted globes! I collect them, and I actually have a few that have damaged areas on the map overlay. I never thought about painting them tho, what a neat idea!

Paula, your Inktober book is amazing! I am doing small squares and rectangles on a page ( at the end of a sketchbook) for my drawings. Then I want to redo all the prompts one drawing to a page in a new book. I love your idea of using a postcard to give the whole book some continuity. Love your videos, and admire your talent!
I really love the bear moving the curtain and your birds of paradise. Birds of paradise is seen a lot where i live in the tropical climate. I learned stippling and cross hatching in art school. I really loved using ink to crate and even using the inkwash for calligraphy type techniques as well. I love that you tried something new. I haven't done inktober in years. I never seem to get around to it everyday . But its a fun challenge to do something new. I would love to see you visit your puppy with a backpack in another video and know his story. Is he adventurous like the curious puppy books. Or is he just playing pretend at home learning new things like bluey.
Hi! He’s actually inspired by my own dog who seems to have the weight of the world on his shoulders when he’s sitting down to eat, he looks very much like eeyore haha! yr vitality taking on everyday items, subjects & simple themes inspired me past focusing on abstracts bec ii feel I inept at drawing things... ii can copy easily enough but get frustrated trying to break down shapes into shapes on my own... ii may invest in skillshare classes after paying off a debt first....ty.
Wow! When you say art challenge, there is a BIG emphasis on CHALLENGE 😅! 30 inktobers in 3 days...WHAT? I love that you did this, and you did an amazing job. I think some of your favorite stickers would be wonderful. Funny that you mentioned globes, and painting them. Oh my goodness!!! I had seen a globe at my friends house, and she had A LOT of beautiful art. It was a bit overwhelming, but I was so drawn to this painted globe she had. So what do I do? I start my own little collection of globes, all of them in different sizes. It has been a while since I have seen her beautiful globe and for the life of me, I can't remember how it was done. I think it was the globe, then the other part of me thinks it might have just been the stand. Anywho... I still have all of the globes unpainted😅😮😢 of course. I feel somewhat guilty for painting over all of the names and places on them ( I shouldn't, because I could keep one as is). So 2 things can happen if I start painting them---either I start painting and love it so much, that I will paint all of the globes, or I will have an "artistic tantrum" 😅😂 and have a small collection of unpainted globes. So...what I am trying to say in my mini books that do too much in the comments...PLEASE PAINT SOME GLOBES. 👏🙏👍👍!!! I would love to see the process. If not, are the pictures posted on Instagram? You pronounced "nomadic" correctly, but "stippling" is actually three syllables (I know, not intuitive) I think the nomadic elephant is my favorite, but the scarecrow and the camera are also right up there =) Congrats on finishing--especially in only 3 days! That's a big accomplishment!

I did take a close look at a rhino once. Back in 2019 we did a safari zoo tour thing and we actually got to have a photo with a rhino and pat it. Its skin felt like mud. You weren't a fan of your muddy panda, but I think it was really cute :)

Oh that’s a hard choice for me! I like uncharted and landmark because of the composition and general effort on those…. But there’s a lot I did like from this project! It’s probably easier to point out my least favorites… what I’ll do is post daily on my instagram account with more commentary haha
What i didn't like about skillshare is that after one month they just charged me for the entire year. They did return the money but I still don't know how that happened so i don't go back.
oh I’m so sad, but don’t worry this is a one time thing only! just because tomorrow is October 1st and because I have an engagement before that I simply can’t miss… but this Friday we are back to our regular schedule 🙂

Thank you.! Well I guess that’s the point for someone who doesn’t draw everyday. Since I am a full time artist, I draw &/or paint literally every single day of the week; this was the only way I could prioritize this project into completion. If not most days it would have to be in the back burner after paid commissions, regular paintings and creating content. 😊

It was a bit overwhelming, but I was so drawn to this painted globe she had. So what do I do? I start my own little collection of globes, all of them in different sizes. It has been a while since I have seen her beautiful globe and for the life of me, I can't remember how it was done. I think it was the globe, then the other part of me thinks it might have just been the stand. Anywho... I still have all of the globes unpainted😅😮😢 of course. I feel somewhat guilty for painting over all of the names and places on them ( I shouldn't, because I could keep one as is). So 2 things can happen if I start painting them---either I start painting and love it so much, that I will paint all of the globes, or I will have an "artistic tantrum" 😅😂 and have a small collection of unpainted globes. So...what I am trying to say in my mini books that do too much in the comments...PLEASE PAINT SOME GLOBES. 👏🙏👍👍!!! I would love to see the process. If not, are the pictures posted on Instagram?

I think the nomadic elephant is my favorite, but the scarecrow and the camera are also right up there =) Congrats on finishing--especially in only 3 days! That's a big accomplishment!

I did take a close look at a rhino once. Back in 2019 we did a safari zoo tour thing and we actually got to have a photo with a rhino and pat it. Its skin felt like mud. You weren't a fan of your muddy panda, but I think it was really cute :)

Oh that’s a hard choice for me! I like uncharted and landmark because of the composition and general effort on those…. But there’s a lot I did like from this project! It’s probably easier to point out my least favorites… what I’ll do is post daily on my instagram account with more commentary haha
What i didn't like about skillshare is that after one month they just charged me for the entire year. They did return the money but I still don't know how that happened so i don't go back.

Good, but the whole point of inktober is to draw each day.. this somehow misses the point of it...
Thank you.! Well I guess that’s the point for someone who doesn’t draw everyday. Since I am a full time artist, I draw &/or paint literally every single day of the week; this was the only way I could prioritize this project into completion. If not most days it would have to be in the back burner after paid commissions, regular paintings and creating content. 😊
