Deidara defeated Gaara, the 5th Kazekage which led to his death. Obito manipulated the 4th Mizukage which eventually led to his death and was responsible for Minato, the 4th Hokage's death. There's also Pain who killed Jiraiya, who would've been the 5th Hokage if he was willing to.

I do understand at some level, because Amegakure is another nation not under Land of Fire (the nation of Konoha), so as hokage he can't just "invade" another nation like he sees fit, but generally speaking he's actually reach Konan-Nagato goals, peace to entire shinobi world, which he's accomplished

I would say you are the victim of the propaganda of Hollywood trying to make us all believe that men and women have equal physical strength. The fact is men are generally stronger than women. It's a biological fact and reality whether you like it or not and stories only try to reflect our reality in it's own unique ways. Women and fighting prowess don't go hand in hand tbh. But I somewhat agree with you that the female characters of Naruto are not that interesting or memorable. Even the strongest character in Naruto Shippuden (Kagua) who is a female btw, is one of the most boring villains.
