I hear that a lot from manager that if staff messes up it falls on the manager. Can you explain this more. Does your director or higher ups complain about you? Do they criticize you when your staff do mistakes? Asking because I have a management offer but don’t want to get into it to burn myself out. Thank you! Love your videos!
Thanks for watching. To tell you the truth I got out of my management position due to getting burnt out. I’m currently a school nurse, and work as a manager perdiem. My advice is get to know your higher ups and the work environment. If it’s positive and seems like it works for you. Go for it. If it’s not making sense don’t do it. Truly not worth your mental health. Good luck to you! Hope it works out whatever decision you make! 🙏😊

After I resigned. I worked at a skilled nursing facility as a supervisor. I still work there perdiem but I currently work as a school nurse full time.
