Loki is one of my absolute fav characters, for so many things I feel so close to him and Lokabrenna is my bibble lol So, this video is really important to me, even because I used my fav song - Numb -. Only those who know me know how much I love Linkin Park and how much this song is important to me (I even have a tattoo with a quote of this song) and using it for a video is a big step for me. Even though I had to use a cover, because I needed a version more soft than the original. This video was one of the most difficult to make. And I'm not even so satisfied with it :/ I don't know. The quality of some clips sucks, I know, and I feel like I didn't give him (loki) and the song justice.
Btw. I didn't use clips from Thor: Ragnarok because, well, I didn't like it. But let me say that Tom Hiddleston is amazing as Loki!
I don't know what to expect from Avengers 3, I just want some happiness for Loki... and if he dies, I couldn't handle it. Pls, don't do this to me.

That hit hard. All Loki needs is love. He didn’t get the love he needed. That’s why he did what he did.
Not exactly love, he was loved, but never like thor was. Odin told him he could become the King, but that was a lie that become loki's main goal. He worked very hard for it, and when the time got, Odin chose thor, who was less ready for it. When loki asked why, the answer was that he was a frost giant. Loved, but never as a son.
You don’t get the point. He only go love from his mother. He always got bullied. You don’t understand it at all. I personally understand him because the way Loki is treated, I got treated the same way he did. You don’t understand his pain.

@@em_s1081 Odin said that at the begining he saw loki as an opportunity to get an alliance. But that didn't matter by that time. He was brought as a chance, but he becomes a son. He was treated different, but that doesn't mean he was not loved. As a friend and a girlfriend, you love both of them, but never the same.

But in all honesty, I don't think Loki was treated necessarily *bad*, just, Thor was the more of the favorite child. @@dasha93962 Dude you gotta understand better. Think about Thor's situation. Think about how much times he was only betrayed by Loki. Till Ragnarok movie, he was only betraying Thor which made Thor very angry and lost of trust and became annoyed of him. Loki tried to kill him when they both were kids, sent a destroyer after him at Thor movieand though Thor refused to fight Loki to stop him from killing an entire race, he provokes him by mentioning his caring love. Thor is not a man of carrying vengeance and throwing at maximum at Loki. Thor's love and affection for Loki was just seen only after they escaped Ragnarok and in the post credits scene it was shown. Also in the Avengers 1, when others were talking that Loki's merciless actions, Thor disagreed it and told he's adopted and disturbed by misunderstanding. Also Loki was responsible to making hela release out of her prison and he refused to reach Asgard. The shock treatment was just to show his anger against Loki. Like the parents who beat their children though they didn't to do it, I'm not saying that Loki is bad, he just lack conviction just like Phil cousin said in avengers.
Let's face it. We all hope that Loki's death in Infinity Wars was just an illusion and hope that he will come back in future MCU movies.

Is it just an unspoken agreement between all Marvel fans that after Loki says 'I didn't do it for him', he then thinks 'I did it for you'. Like, I was sitting there waiting for that line and only after half a minute I realised that in the movie he never actually said It. Is that just me?

I just thought that for all Loki's faults, he didn't want Thor to die or Asgard to be destroyed (that and it fit into the timeline of his alternate agenda but that besides the point). And above all, I think he did it for and because of Frigga. He never could have lived with himself if he let his brother die so soon after his mother, and he knew she would have been so dissapointed with him if he had let Thor die and Asgard fall.

The scene where Loki tries to grab his mother’s hologram and the look on his face says “of course, I should have known” gets me every time
I always saw that scene as him saying goodbye to her and triggering her magic to fade. He wielded the same magic. He knew full well she was there in image form only from the beginning.
The scene with him screaming in that room just broke me completely.

The saddest thing to me, when he said "i-i am the monster, parents tell to their children about at night?" And that he had no happy begining, happy middle and happy ending.
And her stepmother died while he was in prison, so he couldn't say goodbye to her.

In a way, I’m glad you didn’t put any clips in from Ragnarok. In Ragnarok, this song wouldn’t really work with any scene, maybe beside the one with Thor and Loki where Thor was like “I thought the world of you.” This song just works so well with the first three movies he was in and his story.

In the Loki show, his file ends not when thanos broke his neck, but after Thor hugged him. That means that the last thing Loki felt before he died was Thor hugging him. It’s both really sad and wholesome.

Lokis character himself I can relate to so much. Being told one thing your entire life then finding out your entire existence was something else and practically a lie. I feel like Loki is the most misunderstood villain that Marvel had. I mean he's not a villain anymore but while he was it was mostly out of hurt when he found out that he was a frost giant. He just wanted to earn his rights as an asgardian but instead he was living in the shadows of being "Loki, Thor's brother" instead of "Loki, God of Mischief". Mad props to Tom for playing him so well
