Gotta love the disconnect of logic which wants a strong, female character but doesn't want her to have agency or responsibility. Keep in mind that Hela was the most powerful villain in the MCU. She easily beats base Thanos. Her speed and healing makes her OP already. The fact she can summon necro swords out of nowhere makes her stupidly overpowered. If Marvel hadn’t tried to fill so much of the movie with comedy we could have seen a real fight out of her. She wasn’t a thor level villain. She was a villain that not even the avengers could possibly beat.

We need more Hela. She was amazingly awesome. There's plently more to show and tell about her. We don't even know what her "hell" prison was like inside, only got glimpses of her powerful destruction, none of Odin in his prime. Movie was fun but not great, too much DLC add-on just to get hulk in a feature length film.

I can't help noticing that people have no problem with Hela kicking everyone's arses and being super-powerful, because it's done right. She doesn't overpower Thor because her muscles are stronger. She doesn't suddenly acquire skills that it takes everyone else decades to get. Her power makes sense within the universe of the story and she isn't suddenly stronger, smarter, and loved by everyone for no reason - unlike some other 'powerful' female characters of the last 5 years.
