I lived near to this place for decades and the founder belongs to my community.
15 years ago it was one of the best food in George town.
Now a days this place is worst food you can get from typical Vysya hotel. It's not only worst, waste of money.

National lodge food is superb
Ofcourse price was moderate in the olden days.But now the price of the meals is Rs.150 which is quite enormous.Tastewise also not upto that level.I have experience in this hotel over 3 decades.Not worthy enough for Rs.150 though it is an unlimited meals.
