Airport security has really gotten out of hand. We cant even say hello to our friends anymore. I was in the Denver airport waiting at my gate, when I saw an old friend walk by. So, I gave him a shout 'Hi Jack' I said & 2 big security guys tackled me, wrestled me to the floor & led me away in handcuffs. Its like you cant even be a nice guy anymore. !
Somebody will always know where they have a spare key! I really liked the big stick luggage, probably a doggie anxiously waiting to be reunited with it.
But, I’ll bet some politically correct team member got suspicious! That could be used as a weapon! Once, my husband, who’d just done some business in the U.S. was bringing a toy rifle home for our five year old son. He had it taped to the side of his luggage. It was obviously a toy with the U.S. flag sticker on the handle and all! He was called up on the loud speaker to come forward and “explain” why he was carrying a firearm!!!! The barrel of said firearm was solid too! We still shake our heads about that!!! 🤨🤪
I'm imagining someone's dog proudly trotting around the airport with that stick in its mouth. Then, at baggage check, being very reluctant to surrender it to airline staff.
The picture at 5:43 reminded me of seeing such a working dog at Union Station in Los Angeles; right off the top of my head I made a comment about the dog's "Laying down on the job". Well, he was 🤣😂‼️
Allegient Air looks for fun, energetic, innovative people to join their team but obviously couldn’t find anyone who could get a few boxes of decorations at a dollar store to decorate the tree. I laughed at the stick as it must have been special. We had visited Disney World with our 7 year old and they had a solid wood weapon with a sliding rack but wouldn’t fit in our luggage. The airline wouldn’t allow it even though it clearly was a solid wood barrel unless it was inside something and it was quite an ordeal for them to find something for it. I kept it all these years and nobody in the family wanted it but my former neighbor who moved to the family ranch were thrilled. The husband is a hunter but was also appreciative of the original cap guns my husband had from the 60’s that he gave to their young son.
Possibly Auckland? I saw photos of tons of TLOTR related figures, etc. hung there in displays years ago when the movies were still super popular. The terminal looked fabulous !!
No way I can support a stuffed bird display. No matter how it died, its prominence can encourage others, and who knows how they will be taken from the wild. 😞
I've stretched out overnight at airports but I never slept because I was afraid that someone would steal my luggage or I would wake up too late. I guess the people on the blow up mattresses have nothimg to lose although it is one way to save hotel costs if you have no scheduleed flights that day.
In Europe, your flight deleys or starts much later, you don't have to sleep at airport. You get a hotel room, clothes, food, compensation, ... and the airline have to pay by law!
Cannot believe people were allowed to sleep at the aiport this ways. I can imagine shouting and dehumilitating behavior because "you are not allowed to blew up the airbed or use hammock-are you nuts!". Definitely in our country...
I got in trouble once for putting up a sign on locked bathroom at work. Worked at large convenience store and only two people on , busy at registers and couldn't clean and restock for a few hours, Some lowlife decided to trash bathroom. So locked it and sign said 'Sorry for inconvenience Caught those damn Lizard people awaiting police pickup, men's room available use with caution" Manager said it was unprofessional and should have cleaned it? Meanwhile selling sixty k in gas in a four hour period ( precursor to Hurricane Michael and 18 pumps)

Not trying to be mean, really. But when people list their comments with timestamps, they seem to believe that other folks are going to read the timestamp, painstakingly scroll back to the video to find the appropriate photo at the listed timestamp, then mentally match the comment to the photo to get an understanding of what the original commenter likes or dislikes. But here's the thing: Nobody does that. Absolutely no one will take all the trouble to match several comments with several timestamps. You are wasting your time, as I have probably just done as well.

I can honestly say that I've taken a huge frozen salmon and put it in the overhead compartment on a flight from Sydney BC airport to Calgary AB airport and hardly thawed. I was delicious when cooked though.

When I boarded my flight in Montreal, I had a large yellow zipped carry-on bag with two long straps/handles, filled with containers of frozen food, mostly Italian, that I had prepared for a gathering at her house. It was heavy, and when I tried to lift it to place in an overhead bin, a gentleman offered to help me. I thanked him and when he lifted it, he looked at me in astonishment and asked me if the bag was filled with rocks. Lol I told him, “No, frozen food.” He laughed and quipped that my family or friends must be looking forward to my visit.😂 Those were the days when we could bring just about anything on board.
