Adam wanted to say thank you so much for doing this. Its been a long day and this video kind of restored my faith in humanity. Cheers and bless you. If you go next year i would like to contribute.
Awesome work you guys are doing for the children there. I know it must be very hard each time you leave to say goodbye to the kids and you can tell they really love you. Each time you go back and see familiar faces it is probably tough seeing how much they have grown since the last time you were there. I hope you continue to contribute and that you have great success in helping the kids there. God bless you.
NICE Adam! Hey at least you had hot water man looked nice to me! What I tell my kids they don't know how lucky they have it! They could stand in line for fresh water everyday. I'm guilty myself of looking over the things we have here in the US! It's easy to do.
You should have built each frame next to the wall they are being leaned up against. Once the frame is assembled all you would need to do is lean it up to clear workspace and carry on, instead of having to lift and and manoeuvre them around the tent. Look at the church all pimped out with stuff in flight cases, can see where the bulk of the money goes. Same over here though. I do a shed load of voluntary work, 17 years in and not gonna stop. I keep my efforts local though.
Yeah in the lil church you visited, They had some nice gear, projector etc. and some stuff was in flight cases - that's what we call 'em, over here (UK) anyway. Black boxes with extruded aluminium frames that have lids / sections that you can unclasp. When do you plan on going back?
Oh any of that stuff was most likely donated by one of the US teams that headed down previously. They just don't have that kind of stuff in that area of Bolivia and couldn't get/afford it even if they wanted to. None of that gear came from our team but I know we always bring a few gift items for the workers down there. Construction tools, gadgets etc.
you guys are all in my prayers. thank for what you do!
