Hey loves! Have you checked out the new 2021 Miss Dior? If so, did you like it? Were you ever a fan of the previous? I'm curious to know your thoughts.
Hi Ilythia! Thank you for reviewing a side-by-side comparison between the 2017 and 2021 versions of Miss Dior. I sampled the new 2021 version at Macy’s this weekend and I was sooo disappointed. It doesn’t smell anything like any of the past versions. I get a lot of lily of the valley and something sour. Such a shame! The 2021 version is a flop in my opinion, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets reformulated again.
I like the new one , not love, but actually I prefer it to one of the previous versions I owned in the past and sold. It was too mature and heavy for me so I appreciate that the new one is lighter.
Hi there! I really love the new Miss Dior! I found the previous beautiful but too sweet and heavy for me. However, the new one feels to me as the fragrance description: “thousands of 🌸 flowers “ just so light and pretty :) . I think that the experience of fragrance is unique to everyone. For instance this new one to me definitely has the characteristic fragrance trait of the original, just feels much fresher and uplifting. And with one spray it lasts all day :) I start thinking that maybe the fragrances released for market in North America are not the same ones as in Europe(??) We do have stricter rules for ingredients here … Despite this, I wish companies wouldn’t so drastically changed perfume formulations. I get it must be disheartening. Thank you for all your amazing videos!
I have try the new one and found it pleasant but underwhelming like you. I don’t love the 2017 edp, but LOVE the 2017 edt. In my opinion is similar to 2017 edp but fresher. It lasts on me all day and it’s my favorite day time Summer scent. I feel your pain. If I was you I would have stocked up too. On the other note my husband think the 2021 version is amazing and the older one is too mature for his taste. So, different people with different opinions.
I don’t get why Dior would do this? I mean, instead of changing the whole perfume, why not keep the old formula for the ones who already love it and just come out with a whole new perfume , instead of ruining the old one. To me, this would hurt Diors business, no matter what their reasons are. They would be better off just to discontinue Miss Dior completely than to insult the fans of Miss Dior 🤷🏻♀️ thank you for this video, you saved a lot of us money, I’m sure.
My thoughts exactly. You can't completely change all the ingredients then slap the old name on it still. It's a whole new fragrance, so give it a new name like anyone else would do with a flanker. Bad business move for sure
I’m no longer buying anything from Dior except for J’adore EDP and J’adore Extrait. They have discontinued or made their fragrances I want unavailable in the US. So for me, I’m experimenting more with Lancôme and Chanel as they don’t discontinue or reformulate their popular fragrances.
I love the 2017 version but I have to admit I really love the new one too!!! I live in a tropical area and the 2017 version only works on me in the cooler weather. It’s too cloying on me most of the year. But I am loving the new one so much!
I personally love new 2021 Miss Dior EDP. To me It’s like in between of Blooming Bouquet and 2017 Miss Dior. I love it. But 2017 was super gorgeous too, more dense, more sweet. It’s worth having a back up bottle off.
I MUCH prefer Miss Dior 2021. It has some of the original DNA, but left that cloying heaviness behind, and it stays for hours on my skin. Disagree with you on all accounts. This is why it is critical to smell it yourself, on your skin, , rather than listen to perfume reviews.
I have both versions, and honestly I prefer the new one. I think it all comes down to personal taste, I'm not a fan of heavy patchouli fragrances, but I do love the 2017 Miss Dior. I can only wear it in the winter however… It's way too strong in the summer heat where I live. I know that along time ago that they reformulate missed your every so often to keep it modern, with the times and on trend. And I believe they're starting to realize that lighter and prettier fragrances are more modern and better sellers than heavy and syrupy ones. But I do think 2017 MD is so modern vintage... those bottles will be really valuable once stock runs out, I know for sure.
My favorite version is the 2012 formulation, which I found to be a softer and, therefore, more pleasant version of Coco Mademoiselle. I never cared for the 2017 version because it was too sweet and too much like Flowerbomb and La Vie Est Belle for my tastes. However, I do agree with you that the 2017 formulation is very beautiful and smells sophisticated. I tried the 2021 formulation this weekend, but only on a paper strip, and I liked it as a very elegant and womanly take on a fresh and clean perfume. However, I also think it makes no sense as a Miss Dior edp, because it smells so different. @@thesimplechiclife you can find them used online, just make sure the code matches up with the year, that’s how I got mine it was from 2015 so I was 100% sure of the version :) it is more like coco Mademoiselle but with mandarin, overall a bit fruitier/rosier. I personally have it and Mad intense which has more vanilla and I don’t find them completely redundant.
To my mind, when it comes to Miss Dior, 2012 formulation is the best from the modern formulas. 2017 was too sweet more like Absolutely blooming, not as classy as 2012 version. Have to try new 2021, fingers crossed:D
I don’t really buy dupes, but my big exception is dupes for discontinued fragrances. I bought the Dossier dupe for this (they list it as Miss Dior Chérie 2017, and I’ve corrected them-doubt they’ll fix it), but I’m telling you-it smells the SAME!!!!! Exact. Same. I’ve been spraying it all week in my office and on my client wardrobe and I’m in Heaven. I have one half bottle and two brand new bottles, but I haven’t smelled the smell in a long time because I would go through those bottles FAST if I used them. So grateful that a dupe exists! Now I’m spraying the dupe, but staring lovingly at the Dior bottle haha
This was my first experience with miss Dior so I love the scent, I’m keeping mine, I mainly bought it to support Dior because they used Johnny depp in their ads. I do like the new scent a lot it’s pretty I love rose
I’m so glad you made this video (even though it’s such a shame that your fave perfume was poorly reformulated). Your honesty is appreciated and I completely agree with you.❤️ No one should waste their hard earned money on fragrances that are weak and unoriginal.
Dior must not have been happy with the 2017 version. The 2021 version is beautiful and seems to be selling better than the 2017 version. I don’t understand why you all have to knock down this new version. It is not a disappointment at all. I have such respect for Dior.
Because is not a great fragrance, as she sad, is really synthetic and it doesnt refer to any other versions, 2012 nor 2017. Its really sad to see such an incredible luxurius brand doing something like that with an Iconic fragrance. It would've ben better with they had released a new perfume line.
Thank You! Thank You, Thank You!!! I have been looking online for this very formulation - and yours is the only channel with this coveted information. Much appreciated.
I’m agree with you 100%. It’s really pity what they made with this beautiful scent. I have still a little in the bottle from 2012 version, that was my first Miss Dior, very rich, my best perfume. 2017 version I like so much however it was some different then previous. But new one…. I’m sorry, what is this? There are many cheap perfumes that smell better.
You are so passionate about this comparison, I can hear the disappointment and frustration in your voice. Only time will tell how this reformulation will hold up on the market, however I’ve seen other reviewers who are crazy over the moon about the 2021 version and seem to really love it. I guess it really comes down to personal taste for sure. Glad you are able to return it and get your money back.
Dior does this to Miss Dior all the time. The old Miss Dior Cherie was my favorite. They keep drastically changing it and keeping the same or similar names. Crazy!
I literally bought 6 of them in 100 ml. thanks to you. In worst case scenario, I will sell some of it if I don’t want to use it anymore. At the same time, I’m mad at Dior. Why do they need to change a very successful line in every 3 to 5 years? Specifically when the new version doesn’t have any resemblance to old one? Since I bought a lot of it, Sephora gave me the sample of new one and it’s entirely different, bland, and it has no character whatsoever. I’m so done with Dior and their schemes. They could easily create a new line with this fragrance without killing a successful one. Why would I invest myself in a Dior fragrance while I know it will be discontinued in 4 years? SMH
I’m so glad I watched your video! I was just at The Bay and tried a spray of the new 2021 version. It’s ok but not that crazy about it. When I saw your backup stock, I thought I’d check around for the 2017 version. It’s getting very scarce! I’m in Canada too, so I contacted Shoppers Beauty Boutique. When I asked if they had the 2017 version. They said they had one 100 ml Miss Dior 2017 that they were going to send back in order to “do a reline” of their shelves. I asked them to hold it for me! I was lucky!!😃
I have minnie one of the 2021 and I don't like it either. I have the 2017 and absolutely blooming is my favorite and I heard the Absolutely blooming going away too so stock up on that one as well. I think I am going to get a another Absolutely blooming for a backup
I agree. Totally. But Chanel does the same, i purchased the new Gabrielle Essence, Chance, and they are far from their predecessors, they don't last on my skin, the price is too high, the quality is deteriorating on all of them, especially on the lasting power on my skin. Very disappointed, in deed.
I ran to get the 2017 version after watching your video saying it was changing. I got it and I’m so happy. But I also went back to smell the new one and I feel like it’s not bad, it smelled good and it lasted on my hand at least 4 hours. I could tell a difference but I did smell small similarities to the 2017 version. Non the less I’m so glad I got the 2017 version because nothing compares 🥰
I totally aeree with you on that. I've been using this wonderful parfum for years , since miss cherie and now I really don't understand this horrible new fragrance...not only it's cheap and there's something too pungent and sharp, but also as you said it doesn't last long ...and I really don't understand why they decided to change something unique and feminine so radically.
I didn’t know this beauty until you introduced it to me recently. And my god…. What beauty was I missing on for all these years… guess what managed to get two bottles. Even though we didn’t have it on sale in Calgary, I got them regular price but it’s so worth it. Thank you.. 💕💕💕
I am getting to know 2017 miss Dior. I was scared about the reformulation and even though I’ve never smelled it I bought 100ml while it was still available. Its beautiful but is louder than I’m used to wearing. I do love smelling it in my room in the evening several hours after I’ve sprayed it on myself. I actually wonder if I might like the new release since quieter perfumes are more my speed. But I don’t regret buying the 2017 version.
Hi Ilythia I bought myself a bottle of the 50ml edp, as I only had the edt. Luckily we are still able to buy the original here in Australia. I have one also on the way, but not sure which one they will send me. The picture showed the original, so we'll see. Glad you let us know about the difference. Thanks Linda 😃⚘🌿💕
Yes I did lol. Zero regrets hahah. I'm sure that once it's gone, it's gone. Somewhere it will pop up later on but I don't want to be on the hunt for it..
I almost buy miss Dior 2017 but the first sniff I was not really like it , I bought “Valentino born in Rome instead “ love it ..thank u for the review 😊
This is a great comparison video 👏 I have almost all versions and flankers of Miss Dior from the last 15 years and I haven’t smelled the new version but I do love a lipstick/iris note, too bad it doesn’t last. I wish Dior would just name them something else instead of reformulating and calling them by the same name.
I have and love them both. I do agree though that it makes no sense to keep changing the fragrance so much and calling it by the same name. Disappointing to those of us who love the original, and confusing to everyone. (I also have the Eden Perfumes Miss Cherie dupe from UK..and while I haven't smelled the original, if it's anywhere close, and I hear it is..it's nothing like either of these 2 newer iterations...not that I was expecting it to be, just that it reinforces their reinventing madness) The 2017 Miss Dior is heavy and cozy, sexy..late summer, fall winter for me. The new one I find sexy too but in a lighter, much different way. I love Flowerbomb above all I've tried so far for reference, and have only gotten into fragrance in the last year, so my palette isn't refined, I'm sure, so maybe that's why it doesn't feel generic to me. I smell a nice sandalwood base, but it's just grounding, not heavy. The 2017 can feel a bit too powdery and cloying to me in warm and or humid weather. And maybe just differences in skin or whatever, but I find the 2021 to perform at least as good as the 2017 :)
I feel the same way. The new one smells like something you would buy at Victoria Secrets. Nothing wrong with that but for the price no way. The 2017 MD had such a smooth richness absolutely beautiful! So sad. Doir seems to be coming out with lighter formulas lately. I feel a watery vibe from them.
I was angry in 2017 that they changed the 2012 version.. eventually I made my peace with the 2017 version. Cannot imagine a weaker version. Breaks my heart. I swear the fans of Miss Dior should just boycott buying the new one.
I see what u saying, but they're moving with the times. Just like you wouldn't spray perfumes from 1930s let's say because its too strong and unrelatable to ur nose (maybe even offensive) This new one i think would appeal to the crowd more. I think older generation enjoy the harshness of the pre-2021 miss dior edp I love the new one. Maybe I'll learn to appreciate the pre-2021 one too.
So I bought the previous version after you mentioned the reformulation in another video and I’m so glad I did!! For some reason I never got around to it before. The new version just falls flat for me and does not compare. That said, thanks for inspiring the purchase - I already ordered a backup as well!
My husband bought me Miss Dior 2017 when the fragrance first came out. Unfortunately, I couldn't wear it due to the strong patchouli note. Bit I've always kept it because it was a gift 😊 Does Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming contain patchouli or should I say does it come off strong in the fragrance?
I think it’s either less on the patchouli or doesn’t have it; I’d have to look again. But it’s much sweeter and I think if the original was too strong and patchouli for you, this one might work:)
I just bought the new miss Dior as my first bottle of it ever, so I’ve never had the old formulation, but I understand people’s frustration when they reformulate a fragrance, or discontinue anything. They should have just made this new scent a variation of miss Dior give it a new name and keep the old one for the loyal fans. I am a fan of the new scent though , I love rose so much so I’m happy with it. I will repurchase it it’s very pretty. I like how you called the liquid in the bottle “juice” hehe
The 2012 Miss Dior is a bold and long-lasting citrus-patchouli that I loved. I've tried the 2021 Miss Dior perfume, it's a meh warm, floral, sweet and powdery scent with a zero wow factor and an OK lasting power. I'm giving this fragrance a pass 'cause there are better and long-lasting ones everywhere.
I could not wait to hear your review on the new version because I know you love this fragrance, so I was excited to hear what you had to say. I'm not a fan of the original only becausei never got a chance to really play with it, but I'm very disappointed that they would change a fragrance in such a way then slap the old name on it. Quite deceiving. I am however a great fan of the absolutely blooming. I now want to go and get a bottle of the original before I can't any longer. The new version is so weak. Gone in 20mins of wearing. You can't change a fragrance completely and then give it an old name what a terrible business idea I don't know who's in charge at miss dior at this point.
Miss Dior blooming boquet is my disappointment except that I love the cute bottle. I purchased it along with versace bright crystal and I prefer bright crystal to it since it has more projection. They smell similar.
I actually like 2021 better- light vanilla and still stays with me over time. I tried absolutely blooming but too much raspberry- like LEB Intensement and Angel Nova - IMO raspberry is over rated right now. And overpowering gourmands are over rated too- love that miss dior decided to change things up a bit to match the times we are in now. Love your reviews!
Thank you:) I have to say I agree with you about the raspberry; they are putting it in everything these days. Overused for sure. I’m glad you’re enjoying the 2021:)
I just tested the new Miss Dior 2021 yesterday. It smells nice, but very generic. Nothing about it makes me feel special, classy, etc. Performance was overall pretty weak especially for an EDP. If I didn't know this was Miss Dior, I would never have guessed it. I much prefer the 2017 version and I am debating if I want to get another back up bottle before it completely disappears.
I agree with you! The new MD is so weak and watered down! Very poor performance; is gone in 1/2 hour. I refuse to be manipulated by marketing. I want and recognize quality.
Thank you for this review! I had no idea they changed it but had noticed that it smelled differently. Has anyone noticed that this perfume seems to go sour quickly? This is the second time it has happened to me, the first was in the parfum spray the second in a rollerball. Despite keeping it in its original box in a dark place in my closet after a few uses it seems to turn rancid. This did not happen before! So aggravating.
Good morning! I too am trying to stock up on Miss Dior. Do you think a 2013 version is good to get? I have an offer and am on the fence. Also, I went to a Dior popup event last night and got to smell the new scent. I totally agree with you. Not my cup of tea. Thanks for the warning;)
I almost bought Miss Dior, but just wasn't sure. I remember liking it a lot but didn't get around to buying. I had several perfumes already and didn't want to add. Ah well. Thanks for sharing and the alternative suggestion.
I also like the old Version better ....but i have to say, the base of the new miss dior stays a really long time on my skin...i could smell it hours later.
I love the new one but I never wore the former one, I have it just don't wear it,I bet they make it fade faster to run through it faster and that way they sell more replacement.
Been waiting for this review/comparison! I took your advice from a previous video and bought Miss Dior 2017 backups in late August before the 2021 version was formally announced. So glad I did. I almost never buy full size 3oz/100ml bottles and I got two! So I should be set for a while. No interest in the new version. Good looking out! Thank you!
I couldn't agree with you more...everything you said is how I felt about this perfume. It's so sad...I already have two bottles of the old one but seeing you with all those fills me with anxiety so I guess I'll buy 3 more before they're completely gone lol! 😇😭😓
You convinced me when you said the words “vanilla and powdery”. Miss Dior is my GO TO and favourite fragrance. Thank you so much for the heads up on the new reformulation. I won’t be buying the new reformulation. This is like the failed reformulation of Coca-Cola for those that remember that epic fail.
I have a precious rollerball of the 2017 EDT, and Dior will have to pry it out of my cold, dead hands! Though I've always preferred the Blooming Bouquet flanker, you're the reason I gave Miss Dior EDP a shot several months ago. I'm so sorry it's been reformulated! All that said, I'm going to give the new formulation a shot because I'm a basic sucker for a decent floral in a pretty bottle (hey, I know my faults)
Honestly, I like the darker liquid and a metal bow so much more. The new bottle looks generic. I've seen these fabric bows everywhere (Dolce from D&G, Mon Paris, La vie est belle, etc.). Plus, the liquid is so light, it almost looks like water. I am heartbroken. Perhaps, I am overreacting but this is so upsetting to me. Love your beautiful voice, Ilythia!
This was my first time buying miss Dior and I thought the bottle and perfume was beautiful, but I had nothin to compare it to. The Dior website has a video about how the bow is made and a lot of work goes into it, this master bow maker makes it, it has 396 threads for each bow and they are hand crafted and hand tied, I think it’s beautiful
@@fuzzyx2face Dior has the best advertising. It’s so beautiful, the dress alone for Natalie Portman was so so gorgeous. It’s the scent and longevity that disappoint me.
I don’t know why perfume companies do this. If anything just add a new perfume to the line. If they need to get rid of the ingredients in the old version just discontinue it if you can’t have it smell at all alike.
I really love new version of miss Dior, but its not long lasting at all. Can you recommend me the perfume that is similar to this version, but more long lasting? 😄
I like the new version, its nice. But im returning it because it doesnt last. I can't smell it after an hour....I dont understand why fragrances are soooo light these days : ( its so disappointing.
What do you think of blooming bouquet? Is the 2021 miss dior edp similar to it? To me miss dior blooming bouquet is a gorgeous scent buttttt it last 10mins…. 😑
Oh my goodness I’m so glad I saw your review. It’s a shame quality is being sacrificed when fragrances are being formulated. I will not purchase the new fragrance. Maybe I need to get a backup bottle.
I don’t like the new version at all. It doesn’t even remotely resemble the 2017. I went to grab a backup bottle And lucked out big-time. Got a 100 ml tester for $25. I’m so glad you gave us a heads up about this. Thank you!
I was lucky to get a bottle of the previous Miss Dior. They said it was the 2017 version. However, when I checked the batch code, it said Manufactured January 2013. I'm thinking this is 2012 version. Would this be correct? Smells divine!
I really felt like this could have been its own fragrance in the Dior line or a flanker of Miss Dior. But It's very pleasant on my skin and it lasts about 6-7 hours on me. I really love powdery vanilla, I love Iris, Rose, and Lily of the Valley.
So the first time I smelled the new MD I remember thinking "hmmm..that's nothing like the old one but it's still very pretty" and then for whatever reason when I went to Ulta today and smelled it again I was like "There is absolutely nothing special about this and they should not be able to call this Miss Dior" hahaha smelling it again made me want to purchase two MORE backups of the 2017...which I still might. 🤭
Lucky that the store near me still has plenty of stock left of the older version. Unfortunately, I don’t like the new version. Smells nice but doesn’t feel special to me.
I have miss dior 2017 and l bought the new one.l like both but the new one has no longevity.l also love absolutely blooming.is it going to be also reformulated?
2017 edition is very heavy on vanilla and becomes sticky and cloying on me, absolutely blooming is a fruit toxic shock and the new version in my opinion has no character. My favorite one is Cherie ♥️♥️♥️

I have one half bottle and two brand new bottles, but I haven’t smelled the smell in a long time because I would go through those bottles FAST if I used them. So grateful that a dupe exists! Now I’m spraying the dupe, but staring lovingly at the Dior bottle haha
How you feel about Miss Dior is how I feel about Absolutely Blooming….she is bae! Love it!
I think you should return it if you do not like it. If they have enough returns then they may change it.
Agreed, definitely return to show the company the #1 way they can actually interpret displeasure, a loss of revenue.
Crazy!
Thank you for your honest review. Time to really stock up before it all runs out. The motif on the bottom of the bottles is called Houndstooth ☺️☺️
thank you!
SMH
Agreed! They could have just created a totally new fragrance. I really think it does come down to ingredient availability or cost.
I have Dior Addict , that’s more my vibe but the absolutely blooming one sounds nice for summer 👌💗
I feel the exact same way, it’s such a shame they took such a beautiful Perfume off the market
45 minutes to an hour is generous. I actually stopped smelling it on my wrist after 20 minutes and I sprayed about 3 sprays
Thank you! I’m glad I’m not the only one who found it incredibly light.
I didn’t know this beauty until you introduced it to me recently. And my god…. What beauty was I missing on for all these years… guess what managed to get two bottles. Even though we didn’t have it on sale in Calgary, I got them regular price but it’s so worth it. Thank you.. 💕💕💕
Yes I’m so glad u grabbed yourself some before they became unavailable!
I got a 2017 one too finally and yes it is such a good perfume! I can't believe I was missing out for so long lol
Dillards still has the 5 oz for the 2017. Hate the new 2021 version.
Chérie Eau de Parfum from 10 years ago was the OG and absolutely the best. People would literally smell me randomly asking me what it was.
You brought a lot of backup bottles 😂 I don’t blame you!!!
They should’ve just made a whole new flanker on its own.
Omg I’ve been dying for you to make this video. Il
I’m so glad I’m not the only person who feels this way.
Just like you wouldn't spray perfumes from 1930s let's say because its too strong and unrelatable to ur nose (maybe even offensive)
This new one i think would appeal to the crowd more.
I think older generation enjoy the harshness of the pre-2021 miss dior edp
I love the new one. Maybe I'll learn to appreciate the pre-2021 one too.
I like the original bottle bow more. Do you like the blooming bouquet perfume too?
So I bought the previous version after you mentioned the reformulation in another video and I’m so glad I did!! For some reason I never got around to it before. The new version just falls flat for me and does not compare. That said, thanks for inspiring the purchase - I already ordered a backup as well!
Just ordered a few of 2017 while watching your videos thank you:)
I’ve been looking all over to get the older bottle . Please let me know if you know where I can find them . Or if you’ve chosen to part with any 🥰🥰🥰
I could not wait to hear your review on the new version because I know you love this fragrance, so I was excited to hear what you had to say.
I love the peony, vanilla & sandalwood combination of the new miss dior can't get enough ♡
For those in the US, I was able to buy the 2017 version of Miss Dior at Nordstrom as of last week (Labor Day weekend)
Same 🥰
And its no longer available 💔
@@enochtravis oh noooo too bad. It's a shame. Maybe some of the other fragrance sites will still have some inventory.
Dior buried Miss Dior 😒 I will never forgive them that they discontinued Midnight Poison and Tendre Poison ☠️
And the new version of Pure poison is not even close to the old white cap bottle...
My favorite Miss Dior perfume was Cherie :(
I almost bought Miss Dior, but just wasn't sure. I remember liking it a lot but didn't get around to buying. I had several perfumes already and didn't want to add. Ah well. Thanks for sharing and the alternative suggestion.
🌸When you purchase spares, how do you store them? And how long please? Im worried they might go bad..
In a cool dark place and keep them in their box. Don’t open or spray them. The moment u spray them the juice will start oxidizing inside
Oooh I’ve been waiting for this review 👀
I watched many opinions about this perfume, nobody likes the new reformulation over the old one😑 Good Job Dior!....not
2017 version was awful. Smelled like baby powder to me. Loved the 2012 version! This new version is better than the 2017 version.
I also like the old Version better ....but i have to say, the base of the new miss dior stays a really long time on my skin...i could smell it hours later.
Thank you for honest opinion. I really appreciate it.❤
I love the new one but I never wore the former one, I have it just don't wear it,I bet they make it fade faster to run through it faster and that way they sell more replacement.
I love the older version. Smells so amazing💕 The new one smells ok.. no wow factor at all😩
I think the 2021 smells good. With my chemistry it works well. 🥰❤️ But i agree about longevity
Thank you!
I’m so glad you did!:)
It'not bad,the new Miss Dior 2021,but I would rather buy Miss Dior edt instead, witch is closer to the 2017 edition, a little bit lighter.
I totally agree with you. I tried in the new tester neither me nor my husband could smell it on me 20 mins later. A total waste of money.
I so don’t like the new formulation of Miss Dior :(
Would you be able to decant me a couple of ml from your old 2017 one? I’m in the uk xxx
Have you smelled the You by Glossier perfume? I would love to hear your thoughts about it.
Yes I have, I owned it up until a little while ago. I ended up getting tired of it because it reminded me of work lol.
What do you think of blooming bouquet? Is the 2021 miss dior edp similar to it? To me miss dior blooming bouquet is a gorgeous scent buttttt it last 10mins…. 😑
Blooming bouquet is pretty but I have yet to fall for it:)
Oh my goodness I’m so glad I saw your review. It’s a shame quality is being sacrificed when fragrances are being formulated. I will not purchase the new fragrance. Maybe I need to get a backup bottle.
The new one is the best by far I am so scared they will discontinue it as its perfect
It lasts over 12 hours on me 💕 nothing ever lasts that long except for chanel perfumes on me.
I just bought the last 5 J’adore Absolu perfumes I could find.
The price on that is about to jump I believe as Dior trashed that fragrance too.
What about miss Dior toilets are they gonna reformulated it ? Cuz it’s the same old miss Dior just lighter
I actually love the EDT, I should have mentioned it here. So far I haven’t heard of it being reformulated. Hopefully it isn’t!
The Same situation happens with Alien...my all time favorite perfume. The new version is nothing from what Alien means...it's a shame
Lucky that the store near me still has plenty of stock left of the older version. Unfortunately, I don’t like the new version. Smells nice but doesn’t feel special to me.
Such a shame they destroyed Miss Dior !!! I promptly ordered a 2017 EDP 1.7 oz after watching your video !!
Thanks for the awesome content, as always.
Do u mean that the old 2017 will be disconnected????????
Hey, I just got my hands on miss Dior 2017 version from a seller on Mercari! Haven’t smelled the new one yet!
I hope you love the 2017! :)
Yes I do!
Is the longevity of Absolutely Blooming comparable to that of the 2017 Miss Dior EDP?
I would have to properly compare them - I haven't had a chance to do that yet.
@@thesimplechiclife oh ok, thank you 😉
I have miss dior 2017 and l bought the new one.l like both but the new one has no longevity.l also love absolutely blooming.is it going to be also reformulated?
I haven't heard about Absolutely Blooming being reformulated yet. hopefully it won't be!
@@thesimplechiclife oh l hope so!its my favourite.whats your opinion on miss dior edt 2019?
2017 edition is very heavy on vanilla and becomes sticky and cloying on me, absolutely blooming is a fruit toxic shock and the new version in my opinion has no character. My favorite one is Cherie ♥️♥️♥️
I'm sorry you didn't care for 2017. you're right, it is very strong and I could see how it would be cloying for some people for sure.
You think the absolutely blooming worth the money?
