errors in code first is uv can't go equal or above to ov and in the same way ov can't go equal or below uv 2nd there must be delay for verifying healthy supply know this is only for demonstration purposes 3rd can use transformer so there is isolation

voltage divider is it safe ,you r not using any transformer for isolation from Mains

it is an op amp and here it is used as attenuator it reduces the high voltage to a level so Arduino can easily read the voltage
