Keeping in mind that he is a founding member with Tuomas and Tarja and also wrote some early songs for them.
Jukka is one of the best metal bassists I have ever seen. His sound and performance are absolutely flawless even on some very difficult lines

@@AndrewMarloweTV I'm fairly positive, that in terms of pure bass skills (not singing or overall showmanship), Jukka is the better player (so certainly not nothing)

It’s the evolution of Nightwish.. the same when they had to change vocals and drummer.. it open new doors for creativity and keeps it fresh..
Jukka did a great job on the new single.. can’t wait to hear the rest..Tuomas has again a new canvas to work with..
Imagine getting chosen by Tuomas to play in the most legendary symphonic metal band of all time...

@@eilakanninen8001 Agreed ! I believe he can give some extra spice and power in some songs. Troy might be a talented musician but I am not in favour of him being in the spotlight so much vocal wise. He is no Marco or Jari Maenpaa on that front! Oh well, if the maestro likes it, who am I to judge...
Jukki has a voice of an angel or a beast. Hopefully the next Wintersun album we will hear his beautiful voice and bass playing.

nope, it is for people that DO think, and this is from the beginning (Angel´s Fall First) part of Nightwish... ;)
it wasn't easy to step into Marcos footsteps but the stage chemistry on the Human Nature tour really showed that Jukka completly belongs into this band.

Jukka is a phenomenal bassist and fits like a glove in the Nightwish band.
Great idea to have us hear from each of the band members. Even through translation/subtitles, it's fun to get a peek into their minds. The first release was outstanding! Can't wait for more.
A new month with input from the new member - I like that! It's good to see the others and their little moments together. Just a little over two months from now, and we'll get to experience the finale of the epic saga! 😁
I like Jukka very much, super sympathic. He fits so good with nightwish. What a chance for him. I m a big fan! They did a good choice with him. But one thing: I hope one time Tuomas lett him sing!

@@felixmarques Yes! He has a great low growl that could contrast Floor's beautiful voice pretty good and definitely suits the genre. It could bring back some of the layers we lost with Marko's departure.

Yea , they should have made an in-depth full length documentary. Maybe they are trying to keep up with peoples attention span which isn't the best

Band hasn't been the same since Novolainien left. Kai and the new Julka are good musicians, but are lacking in charisma and stage presence in my opinion
@@AndrewMarloweTV Jules was more fun to watch, for sure ... and there's no replacing the howling Viking. But so long as they have Floor, and Tuomas's music, they're going to remain the best band on earth.
@jpdemer5 I preferred tarja or annette to be honest. Floor is great but just doesn't add anything unique like the others did. I think they should get the whole Dark Passion Play lineup back personally
