      Soy health benefits has been a not of confusing for a long time. The estrogen increases the estrogen..Isoflavones on the other hand decreases the estrogen.. so its a mixed findings.. This video tells the same. ruclips.net/video/2BotxbEsPME/видео.html

    I got IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and this is the best drink I can take and I prefer others to take it .I bought it in powdered form and drinks it daily as smoothies and for tea breaks. I really like Punjabis really good people they are the best in India .❤️❤️❤️ u so much. From Kerala, India.

      @@karanshukla6564 IBS is a psycho - somatic disorder .It started in my life during 10 th standard and then manifested into a chronic condition .Lots of pressure from my family , teachers and the society around made me afraid and anxious and slowly slowly I lost control over my gastric nervous system .It started with constipation and then diahorrea (alternatively )and then later on became IBS -D type. Buy a book on IBS diet by Dr.Sue Shepard and Peter Gibson available in Amazon . Follow that diet strictly .Try to seek enlightenment / spiritual endeavors/Yoga etc .If you got a job which gives you more nervousness then leave it and start your own business .Later on IBS will subside and leave you forever.(You have to reverse the whole disease manifestation graph that's the whole Idea behind it).Hope this information help you brother.

    I'm taking about 50g/day (45g protein) (Profoods Soy Protein 90% isolated) with 2hrs. hard workout in gym. It's totally safe and I got immense results just in 1 month...moreover it's the cheapest form of protein.
    *The only issue is, it takes more time to digest...

      Hi! I'm afraid of taking Whey Protein with little bits of soy in it... (100% gold standard from Optimum Nutrition) because of Phytostrogens (i'm male).

      @@gauravlakhina8412 sorry to delay for reply... Actually I used it twice...in beginning to gain weight...that time I used it alongwith Banana shake..
      After around 45 days I stopped using it..
      Thn I used Whey Blend & Isolate
      At the end, I've gone for cutting session...in that I used 1 kg to soak body water for little sharpness in muscles..
      Digestion issue is there tht after using this..U feel bloating and unable to eat another food... moreover it smells very bad...
      U should have salad alongwith this for natural digestive enzymes..it will give result... moreover I don't recommend it to use for longer & no more than 1 serving per day..

      400g peanuts
      200g soya beans
      Add some dry fruits according to your budget.
      Yeh sab kacche lene hai..
      Inko thode olive oil me roast kr k thanda kr lena...or baad me grind kr lo..
      About 3 table spoon milk (low fat) k saath le lo bai..

    Having all these on daily basis. Is it safe or not. . ?

    Good explanation..👍 can I take soy protein powder as a supplement in daily routine if I have hormonal acne issue , or sensitive skin or pcod pcos problms? Can i take whey protein powder?     Can a men used 1 cup (172g) of boiled soybeans every day. Is it safe dose for men. Does this doze increased estrogen level or decreased testosterone in men.
    In 1 cup boiled soybeans approximately 172g of which protein is 28 to 29 gram.
    Is it safe for me to consume daily 1 cup boiled soybeans for protein intake.
