this different approach for tetris is a success, sometimes hurts your brain but it's a pleasant experience
figured it would be good to attempt speedrunning journey mode after playing it for the first time and getting SS on all effect modes. that's a good run for a first attempt!

this was recorded on PS4 directly since i lack one equipment to record from OBS
after i get it, i'll be recording 720p60 videos along with high bitrate

It’s kind of crazy to think that a basic game like Tetris has a VR mode and a Battle Royale mode.

Cuber Tastic I mean, basic in the sense that it’s just stacking blocks in neat organized piles.
Yeah, this game has so much in depth to it. But in its core is just a block slacking game that game out on the NES. This franchise has came far and been out in game's like Pokémon, Mario, VR, Online 1V1, Battle royale, hell even Puyo Puyo. I can't wait to see what the Tetris franchise has in store in the near or far future.
It is the second most sold game in the world next to Minecraft.

The way theres musicical cues when you the player does something really shows how we all have a rhythm as we play

I know this is an old video but does anyone know if you have to mess with settings to speedrun this? I just started playing this game and got a 40:02:something time but it didn't show me it at the end. I also didn't get the max screen. Anyway, I found my time in the rank list. Just curious because I want to run it again. I did pause once. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Lol, hopefully this isn't too confusing if someone see's it.

Did u even enjoy playing it? Cause the normal flare of this game got lost since u played it so fast. I really didn't enjoy the music like in other yters videos of tetris effect. Even if u played it, it didn't seem like u saw the full beauti of this game.

He's speedrunning, and ranks are based of points not time. Getting more points requires using T spins and the zone, make clearing lines slower
