I’ve been to the Keys and Key West a number of times. Key West gets all the attention, as it should, but the remaining Keys are vastly underappreciated. Another fantastic video!
Spent a LOT of time in the Keys in the 1970's drove across all of the old bridges, the 7-mile was tough after a long night of drinking. Stayed at Bahia Honda Park in the 1960's & 1970's and back then we were allowed to camp on the beach - ocean-side - right near the old bridge. Spent lots of time jumping from the old bridge. This place has a special place in my heart. Fiesta Key also had a great camping place at the KOA. As you said the Keys have stopped people from stopping along the roads and bridges which has taken much of the fun away. Keep up the good videos Robert.
One of my number one camping location. The park offers hot showers and clean bathrooms along with an unbeatable view and the wonderful smell of the crystal clear salt water
We enjoyed this video so much. Spectacular views of the keys and the sunsets. Just loved it. I’ve added the Keys to my list of must sees. Thank you for filming and sharing with us.
Good morning, Robert. It sounds like a new song during your bike ride that is upbeat. Nice change. This trip was a very relaxing segment that I enjoyed with my coffee and dog laying on the couch next to me. Continue the good work, have fun and always be safe.
We love the Florida Keys so much that my son and I ran from Key Largo to Key West in 31 hours!!! It was amazing to run across the 8 mile bridge and also to see it all on foot!!!!! We ran the Keys 100 race!!!
Definitely great beer at Islamorada Brewing! Would recommend! So cool to see all the places my wife and I went to as I watch your drive down the keys. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Robert Sus videos son excelentes los vemos todos y me inspiran a mi y mi esposa a seguir viajando con nuestro micro minnie super personalizado. Muchas Gracias por sus videos inspiracionales.
@@robertcornelius3514 Go shorter distances, some thing fun and close by. I need to work out the bugs with my A Class RV and get the family using to it too. So maybe to a lake for starters.
Thanks for the tour of Bahia Honda , The only time as was in the keys was in 1993 and I saw that park when driving by and thought how nice it looked , I have seen it in books and videos and it looks beautiful I was saddened by what hurricane Irma did to it. Would love to go there someday but I dont know , its not looking like its ever going to happen, the keys are so nice I just cant afford it so thanks for the videos cant wait for the next one safe travels my friend .
Thank you for putting the episode number in the thumbnail! Not sure what about it is so appealing, but there's just something inviting and welcoming about it.
In my previous life…to borrow your phrase in another video…I would go every weekend to Sunshine Key, as you know, just North of Bahia Honda. Your well produced, shot, and edited video brought back many memories for me. Gracias.
Traveling Robert came a long way from a beat-up little vehicle to a few brand-new trucks and trailers👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Rags to riches awesome Robert I been following when you first Begin a hard journey and worked your way to success I love to see people like this keep up the vids💯💯
Enjoyed this look at Bahia Honda and the other keys. My sister in law lives on Big Pine Key and we have never been to visit her. We might have to change that.
Great to see you both looks beautiful especially from Uk which is cold & miserable! Both looking fit & healthy Keto seems to agree with you great to see the beautiful scenery
Calusa Indians native to the Florida keys. You timed this vacation just right before the Siberian Express came in before Christmas. I love it, makes you want to drop everything and go.
Love, love, loved this video!! I love the clear water and bridge to ride your bike on. What fun!!! Makes me want to pack up and go now!! Thank you for all the information you supplied!!
Someday we are going to make it to the Keys, but this year I have made it Quartzsite from the Ozarks, I was hoping to see you out here, thanks for sharing your videos, they give us great inspiration...
So happy to see you back in the Keys... My most favorite of all your videos... And my motivation for buying my own RV years ago.. I've missed these videos..
Yes!!!! You’re back in the keys!!! I love your trips to the keys, being from central Pennsylvania this warms up the atmosphere here at home, we were in islamorada in June and stayed at the pines and palms resort, and had several delicious breakfasts at the midway cafe, thank you for sharing your trips with us all, have a blessed and peaceful day🙏🙏
Always beautiful. Thank You for sharing. So many of us have traveled, but why not as much as you because woman in general don't feel safe enough to travel alone or the what if something happens to our vehicle? So thanks for sharing your travels, 🤗 to Lilith
WOW! That is such a great way to start off the season. Might have to check out camp nab as we have been trying to get into Bahia Honda for some time now. Thanks for sharing. Safe travels and enjoy
I went to Bahia Honda with my family about 60 years ago. The campsites were so new at the time. The coral gravel was very clean and there were deep channels (where the shell rock had been excavated). We snorkeled and really enjoyed all the fish. The old Bahia Honda bridge was the only one back then. Same with the original Seven Mile Bridge. I visited both areas in 2003 or so and couldn't believe that Dad had driven across that narrow Seven Mile Bridge back then. It (like everything else) has changed greatly. I did take the trolley to Pidgeon Key and toured the museum. Thank you so much for sharing your adventure because it brought back many memories of easier times. The Keys are special and unique!
Love this guy. You're the reason I love traveling the states. You made me feel so comfortable on the roads and parks. Keep the very great work going. Happy travels.
We were so lucky to nab site 18 last year and we also proclaimed it to be the “Best Site Ever”! Oh, those sunsets!! Thanks for allowing us to relive a favorite place Thru your lens!😁
Thanks for this video clip:) I have many fond memories of the Keys. Had lived in Florida for 10 years. Stayed at Bahia Honda a few times. Key West was and still is my home-base.I did the Key West Sun set celebration occasionally. Heard, these days if you get caught camping in your vehicle in Key West street, you can go to jail for that!!!! The Boathouse row was gone long time ago, given away to high rise!!! Back then I lived off my converted VW bus. I lived in there for 7 years. In 2000's, if you pass by Causeway 528 to Cape Canaveral, the last bridge the left, you would see my VW and some of my Hobo friends there. Now the change came in late 2006 with the better life style to live. I have been living in the Tropical beach paradise of Thailand. There are many absolutely beautiful, isolated places you can camp out as long as you want, with the mother nature all surround you, without cop bang on your door in the middle of the night. The cost of living is a lot cheaper than in the States. And we have socialized heath cares for all Thai citizen and legal residents:) No wonder why there are so many foreigners from near and far come and taking up the places as their second home, Americans, Frances, Swedish's, Russians and so on!!!!
I have very much enjoyed the travels and videos. I have not had the chance to travel much, and have gotten to know much of the country through the videos. Much of the time I spent viewing in these past few months has passed during a period of poor health, and my spirits are surely lifted here as I heal. Thank you so much for the effort and joy shared. --George
One of your best, Robert! I'm sitting here in Maryland having cabin fever watching and dreaming vicariously. Thanks! Bahia Honda is beautiful - we did a week once in Cudjoe Key before the hurricane. Also gorgeous. You looked very happy frolicking in the water - rock on! You deserve it.
Thank you, Robert. I reminisced watching this video. Once a resident of Ft. Lauderdale…..and owning a 24’ camper - my husband and I spent many a week-end in Islamorada and Key Largo Campground. Been a lot of years gone by since those days….but this video brought me back and I remembered. Pleasant memories. ❤️ Barbara in Al.
I’ve been to the Keys and Key West a number of times. Key West gets all the attention, as it should, but the remaining Keys are vastly underappreciated. Another fantastic video!
I agree, been to key west way to much, finally stayed in islamorada this past summer and loved it.
50 minutes of "nothing"? Of "Groundhog Day"? And yet, it was fantastic and flew by in a second. Such a lovely video.
I think I snorkled at that spot 40 years ago before it was a campsite.

Here its snow, ice, cold and dark. Seems like you have the winning ticket atm.
One of my number one camping location. The park offers hot showers and clean bathrooms along with an unbeatable view and the wonderful smell of the crystal clear salt water
As a middle and high schooler in the mid to late 80's we used to spend my summers in Fiesta Key with freinds. Good Times!

Being a photography buff, this is paradise. I was able to visit the Key West in 2012. Maybe it's time for another visit. Hello from Maryland.
