When I became a nomad 3 years ago florida was the first state I really explored and ichetucknee was the first nature place I visited. It was February and I was in there swimming lol. I couldn't pass it up. The water was so clear and the manatees were awesome. I need to go back and see more of the beautiful springs florida has. Great video Robert! Always good to explore your home state
Awesome episode to kick off the year. It’s going to be “front page news” to see how you navigate through this season while recuperating. When a person like yourself puts your all into what you do the passion of your craft shows in the content. Keep inspiring!
Such a beautiful content here! Keep it up my friend! You're allowed to scream, you're allowed to cry, but don't give up! Keep going! You are great with what are you doing! It deserves all success around and I don't forget to give my full support for you!❤️🔔🎁
Highly recommend Ichetucknee during the summer. Refreshing swim in the cool spring water is wonderful. The blue hole is beautiful. Snorkeling gear is a must to fully enjoy it's beauty and power.
Wow! A midweek special! Just what was needed to make it through the remainder of the week! Oh...and that water looked primed for a dive in! Be well Mr. Morales!
I went to that spring many years ago with my Indian Guide Tribe. The river provided a great tubing run that took about a half a day to complete. Great memory.
Thank you Robert for visiting us, we had hope for better whether. The property is my sanctuary away from the Busy world, after 25 years of military service it is the place where I normally take a Knee and truly appreciate life. Hope you get better soon and you can come and pay us a visit with better whether. V/r G
Been in the trucking business my whole life the rear axle always wears quicker then the front, moving them forward at the 1/2 wear mark or earlier will extend your tire life considerably 😎👌
nice.. back in my Navy days we would take dive class students to Ichetucknee Springs, shallow and relatively safe for students. also several springs off of the Suwannee river.
Great area! We use to go tubing at the Springs when y son was in college that was before it was a SP. We visited on our bikes last year. Hope your recovery is going well. Thanks for the midweek surprise!!
Robert, next time, if you haven't already stopped there, try stopping at the We're Nuts store (Ellis Bros Pecans) at exit 109 in Vienna, Ga. Tons of free samples and more than just buts. :-) Another interesting place is the Carroll's Sausage & Country Store at exit 82 on I-75. They even have a campsite there and I hear they give you a $10 coupon to use at their store when you camp there. Looking forward to following you on your trip West again. Mike
It's been a looong time since I been on...I am catching up many videos. Glad to see you still doing RUclips and it seems to me ANOTHER RV and ANOTHER truck since I last saw was the Chevy Colorado. Yes, during your trip is was cold (as compared to FL standards) but here is helpful hint...the Sping Waters feel better/more tolerable vs the cold shock when usually get we go there on 90degree days.
Robert, I have renters on Rancho Del Carl renting two of my RV spaces while they install the fiber optic Internet service for the electric co-op. They're pulling cable between Steinhatchee and Keaton Beach now and tell me they'll be in our area in a month or two. Maybe we'll have high-speed (2GBS) Internet service by the time you heal and head back this way.
A nice Wednesday surprise video. I hope your ankle heals well. I am sure you will make the best of it. As for trailer tires, not really different than any vehicle really. If you are driving(towing) a lot then it is basically a guarantee that your tires will not all wear the same. For many trailers it is never an issue as they only go a few thousand miles in their lifetime, but if you are putting on the miles it is a fact of life. I rotate my trailer tires about every 6000 miles to even things out and maximize tire life. The two backs go to the front position on the same side and the two fronts go to the opposite back position. A little bit of time and effort required to do this, but it maximizes my trailer tire life and is worth it. As always, safe travels....or in this case safe healing.
Hey Robert, happy Wednesday! How's your ankle? I was in Ichetucknee Springs in May of '21 (I had much better weather than you did 🙂). I had the Blue Hole all to myself...it was very cool but a little creepy at the same time, not knowing what kind of critters might be lurking in the area. My favorite places in Florida are the natural springs of Florida State Parks, with Wakulla Springs and Blue Springs topping the list. See you on Friday...happy trails!
LOVE LOVE LOVE your video's!! One question could you please tell us where did you get your carport? We just bought a new trailer and have had some struggles locating one that looks sturdy to withstand our harsh Minnesota winters. Thank you so much in advance if you can answer this. Safe travels and blessings from Minnesota from our trailer to yours. P.S. we winter drycamp on our property because WHY NOT!
so can you, like, chart your travels over the past few years to see where your routes tend to intersect across the US? Then once you find a few points, look into cheap land near the points? It seems to me that in the past you've shown such things in your videos?
Crazy story but…. One time I was sleeping at my daughters house, and woke up to her kids rc cars going around on the floor by themselves. I was so scared, I ran up the stairs so fast, and broke a bone in my foot. Not too bad it just swelled really bad 🤣
Sometimes it's nice to have quiet solitude to appreciate nature.
So true!

Thank you for mentioning Tainos! Our ancestors traveled from PR to FL and back.
Thank you for the awesome content Mr. Robert...
Excellent! Thanks again for the great content

Very spacious, peaceful and quiet there. Sometimes we all need a spot like that.

Thank you for sharing Robert

Robert, you are really living the dream. You are a role model for the rest of us that like the semi-nomadic life.....keep on inspiring!
I love your pelicamp. It's so pretty. Gives me life goals. Can't wait to buy my own.

Looks to me like they jacked up the axle too far unto the axle and they run the chance of bending the axle!
You must come back and paddle down the beautiful run.
I love the woods❤
We grew up floating down the Ichetucknee river. 3 and 1/2 hours of bliss. So much fun. Great video as always. Thanks!!
Great video.

Hi Robert thanks for sharing a bonus video with us.
Your videography is amazing. Thx and safe travels.
Love your videos! Finished Season 1 and am now on to Season 2.
Nice!
That is a very good idea. We have a place in south Florida, a half acre in burnside ky . And another 1 acre tract in upper part of Michigan.

Tires on our tandem axle boat trailer tend to wear out in the rear too. But they're evenly worn so I'm guessing it's from turning?
ЛАЙК !!! 😊
Go with us. We go every summer
Welcome centers area such a thing of the past, I'm surprised they still exist.
They are very convenient when you need first hand information. They have been invaluable a few times.

@@TravelingRobert Thank you so much!
I bet that, back in their day, Stuckey's had more advertisements by billboard than the Magnolia Plantation.
Have you ever been to Three Lakes in Osceola County? I use to go there every summer to camp, it was always a fun time.
Not yet
Roberto, hope the foot is getting better and Illy is on the mend too. Who did your roof at Pelicamp? the one covering minitini 1??? Thanks brother!
👋🏽 New Sub! Nice content!

Big bend area is very beautiful and Georgia welcomed you with all these bill boards😢.
I have been trying to book a camp site in NE Florida, unless you book well in advance, impossible. We are to outdoorsey!
Yea when I visited during the winter months I mostly had to boondock when on that part of florida.
Robert, do you have the TPMS on your truck and trailer?
Yes. On both
Still getting out to open and close the gate, huh?
😂👍
How long of a drive is it from home to pelicamp?
About 8 hours factoring refueling and bathroom breaks.
One nite stay at an AB&B would not be cost effective for the owner unless they don't change the sheets and do the dishes!
buckee's?
Alligators!!!
👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
How come your wife never travels with you?
He said "we" more than usual and cooked two steaks. She is with him in the west right now so maybe she is being camera shy?
She's always with me
