- The film "ShowBusiness: The Road to Broadway" shows what happened behind the scenes of four Broadway shows during the 2003-2004 season. This is an exclusive clip of the show Wicked's breakout star, Idina Menzel, as she gives a tour of her dressing room backstage.

OMG Joby still works for her in If/Then. Talk about loyalty for the two of them. Speaks volumes in their character.
I saw it when it first opened. She was sick and singing "No Good Deed" she forgot the words but just brushed it off and totally kicked the songs ass. It was an amazing moment. She's a true professional and inspiration!

That is the dressing I was just in! I've met Idina and had a tour with Katie Rose Clarke and Teal Wicks a month or so ago! :)
This gave me ideas for my dressing room at my dance company. my dressing room roommate has already decorated her side and i haven't had any time to decorate mine and i've been with the company for almost a year!!!

I know she was very tired and stressed out during that period of the Broadway run. I tbink this is also pretty close to the time she and Taye were getting those stupid threats. So glad she got a chance to rest...

Have you guys seen the ShowBusiness DVD yet? This clip is on there in the special features, but it's not as long or as cool as this one. They cut a bunch of stuff out, like Idina talking about the absinthe and the first tech rehearsal pic and stuff. I'm glad I have this one to watch because it's way better.

Clunkers are days where you don't do quite as well you're capable of doing. It's basically what theater people call a dud of a performance where it just drags because you're having an off day. And I think she's just really laid back and relaxed.
hun, you really dont know what your talking about saying she cant act. idina is an amazing actress. id like to see you do even a quarter as good as her.
