This footage was filmed when Jennifer Laura Thompson stepped into the role of Glinda after Kristin Chenoweth left. For Wicked, they try to take professional footage of the new cast members coming in. There was a DG show footage used with Kristin but it was live and different than on here
It should be in public school Music Appreciation Classes that you're required to play things like Idina's music in class. Children need better culture. My kids are going to be raised on Broadway. Not the Disney Channel. -shudder-
Are not. There's sophistication in the theatre industry. I can honestly say that Enchanted was the first thing I enjoyed in a long time. Broadway has its productions of Disney classics, but it's not saturated with it. There's a signifcant diference between what's on television and what's onstage.

There was another proshot of Idina's Defying Gravity with the original cast and when she recreated her role in London!
