      Hmmm... I never thought of it like that. I like to be prepared ahead of time, because I don't go to salons, I just go to friends and people I'm recommended to. It takes so much time, I feel like it would be unprofessional for me to expwct them to to take out my braids, wash and blow dry my hair and then do it. The last time somebody did my hair, I had it washed and combed out, I had extra scrunchies in case she needed them, an extra comb and I always provide my own hair. Idk why I'm so extra.

      But I also drink a gallon of water a day and take a multivitamin. Prenatal vitamins actually are very good multivitamins, but for a boost, you could add biotin 10000mcg. I used that for three months, and then took a month break and started back up again.
      But drinking a gallon of water is key. There really is no special pill or anything. Your hair is pretty much like a plant. Everytime I shower (I like hot showers) while my hair is damp, I use the hemp grease on it. That protects it from getting dry and gives it added nutrients, it also stopped my hair from itching. Drinking a gallon of water a day helps because it what our bodies need. When I started doing that, o started getting an inch a month of new growth.

    The best way and fastest way for me to take out my box braids is to soak the hair with water then cut it and it unravels itself quick. And it helps with the detangling.

      Warm water or cold water?

    • @lovelife6275
      @lovelife6275 5 лет назад +4

      Rose Sealey I usually use cold because the hot water seals the end.

      For how long?

    • @lovelife6275
      @lovelife6275 5 лет назад +5

      Ronda Woods long enough that it’s soaked all the way But soak it section by section ( by separating the hair into 4s) because you don’t want water dripping everywhere. You can towel dry for a 3 mins to get the extra water out.

    I use olive oil to take out the build up and my hair grew so much.. don't let anyone shade you for leaving in any hairstyle that YOU paid for as long as you keep it together. Nobody have time to be blowing money and taking hair out when it was just fixed because that's more breakage than growth. The time I sat in that seat and the pain I have to experience ? Best believe I'm leaving my hair in and can't nobody tell me nothing. LOL *btw I love the energy in this video*

Mines were smaller braids so I do believe why they turn into twist then dreads. Apparently my hair grows kinda fast and I'm happy about that its just so hard to manage. I Like your methods styles parts and its the 💣💣hunny💅
