ugh she is sooooo cute!
You can tell the braids were done right because despite being in for 2.5 months the braids still have integrity.
2 months is the max for me! I re-braid my edges to stretch to the second month. I moisturize like craziiiiiii because my hair loves moisture. When I take my braids down I spray with conditioner and water to prevent breakage.
Had to come see this! I always wonder what my clients box braids look like after 2 months! 👀 🍿
Sadira Gray where to do you work?
I had mini Senegalese twists in my hair for 6 months....yes 6 months yoll!!! LOL I kept them washed and kept my scalp conditioned. My hair grew like crazy and no breakage. They held up really well which is why I kept delaying removing them. But when I did, it took forever so NEVER AGAIN!!!
she said “ she think she cute , girl barely “ 😂
She's beautiful with or with out her hair done. Also the twist are cute👍
Would it be impolite to ask how much one would charge for all that work?
Pamela not at all. I’m here wondering the same. Lol
Just the amount the same amount it cost to put them in. Plus washing blow drying cutting and add on a silk press that extra.
Some people say that the hair at the beginning of the braid isn't new growth, some people say its sliding and other people say its loose so which one is it??
I hate taking down my singles 😭
This is completely unrelated but do any of you know how to make the top layer of layered feed ins lay flat? Idk why but right when the brain isnt on my scalp anymore theres this hump on each braid, especially the areas I lay down on
Omg that baby is so cute can I have her😍
Liyah Brooks super cute!
Imma need this for Air Force basic training
Everyone just gone not talk about how she upbraided that hair with one hand 1:43
That grip though 😲 Besides the growth those braids were still so fresh!
Girlll after 3 weeks of the struggle get too REAL with braids. I try to convince myself why it's ok to get something else done🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 not too mention two months. But her hair is very cute at the end 🤗🤗
She is so pretty! Love her smile and hair.
I cried laughing at the bruh part 😂😂😆😆😫😫💀💀
Im Cursyv 😂😂😂
I’m black but I’ve never got my hair braided with extensions and I want to but I wear headscarf and I don’t want it to show what should I do
I wear my box braids for 4 months tho. My hair never broke out. Just dead hair. 💁🏾♀️
How do you keep them in that long tips ?
Lol I love how you was low key roasting her 😂😅😅 but still all in fun! ♥️♥️ Keep the energy!
Since she’s postpartum, her hair will change again. She may start shedding heavier once she takes the next style out because she didn’t lose a lot after 2.5 months.
Will I have bulid up if I keep knotless braids for 3 months?
I had my box in for 6 months and when I took it down it was long but hard to comb
😭I just can imagine the amount of shedding.
caramelandchocalatesisters akacolors Why so long?
Same here. The girl that does my hair went back to school and she also has 3 kids so there was no time...I just took mine out after 6mths...Now I just bantu knot it and wait till june when she's out of school.
I could never lol that’s half a year 😱
Since wen hairdressers start takin out their clients hair??
Come to Florida and take out mine bc I be tireddd🤣
I wouldn't recommend using heat at the beginning of a natural hair journey, but what do I know?🤷🏾♀️
It honestly isn’t a problem unless you have igs sensitive hair I’ve been blow drying mines since a child while natural even while I had a perm cut that off and started over a blow dryer had been my best friend
I like hairdressers like you who takes the clients hair into consideration
Is no one gonna talk about how damn cute that baby is!😂
Awwww look at the babys little chubby cheeks so cutee
i be wanting to take my hair down so bad then i’d be mad when i don’t see new growth 😭.
same lol.
For the blow drying, did you use low, medium or high amount of heat? Not sure if you already mentioned it
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍YOU ARE SO TALENTED 😍😍😍😍😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank You!
i know people who leave in their braids for 3 and 6 months and stuff
but i usually take out mine after 2 months .. although i trimmed my ends so rn i have in braids and it's been like a month and a week or something lol and i'm frustrated but i gotta do what i gotta do for it to grow
Lmao when my mama used to braid my hair, my siblings & i kept it i for like 6months ( yes, we washed & retouched it)
I keep my faux locs in for 3 to 4 months. I be giving side eye at the the girls who keep their box braids in for 3 weeks, and be like, 'omg, my braids are so oooold. ' And I'm like, girl. Your roots are still SNATCHED.
So y’all telling me y’all sit there for HOURS only to take them out after 1 month???? Baaaaaaabay. If you see me and I don’t have them in after 2.5 months it’s a miracle. I work and travel a lot so the less hair products I need to pack in addition to the less I have to mess with my hair daily the better. I only get braids once a year but when I do THEY STAY 😂😂😂😂
*Sidenote: her hair look nice and strong and juicy after taking them braids out 😍❤️
I canttt I have box braid in rn and I’m planning to keep them in for only 3 weeks. But literally on the third day I got them they alredy got messed up real bad. It’s the third week and my real hair is flying out of the braid and it’s looks bad. Idk how ppl do it.
Yes gurl did you see her drinking straight from the coke bottle the whole time?😂👌❤️
I have a really helpful tip that will help when you take down your box braids! While taking them out comb your hair do it won’t hurt as much when you brush it all at the end
You was lowkey coming for her😭😂
Cupcake Bell honeeeey lol
I hate hairstylists like that like tf
my favorite hairstylist! i wish you were in florida!
I keep mine for that long the longest is 3 months
How do you keep the ends of the twists from unraveling? What type of hair did you use?
Idc I Keep My Braids In For 3 Months .. I’m Too Lazy , But My Hair Doesn’t Come Out It Grows More 🥵
Skyasia Elliott same I usually keep it in for at least two to three months and get the front redone while they’re in. Too much money to be spending getting it done every month and I’ve also never experienced any breakage from braids but that may be because im super careful when de tangling when im taking them out
Skyasia Elliott idk you and I already dislike you.
Um I had medium size braids for 2 weeks 1/2 and had that much growth but my hair didn't look so dry and hard like that
She said “ you know what you look like without these senegalese twists in baby don’t play” 😭😭😂😂😂
I kept mines in at the longest two months and a week and mines got to 2 in half inches and started dreading lmbo never again. Mines were smaller braids so I do believe why they turn into twist then dreads. Apparently my hair grows kinda fast and I'm happy about that its just so hard to manage. I Like your methods styles parts and its the 💣💣hunny💅
